Can you order contact points for the pat pet collar #320

At this time, replacement parts for this collar are only available by directly contacting the manufacturer.
I need this got two dogs, can you set the collars so they receive different commands or do I need a separate remote for each dog?

Two dogs can be used under the same remote. The 1/2 button can be pressed to switch between collars

At this time, additional remotes are not available for purchase separately from the set.
Instructions are confusing. It says install contact points and conductive silicones but do not install the contact points if shock function not in use. Please clarify? The silicone covers wont go on without the contact points. Are the metal contact sheets sold separately from the collar?

It is not recommended to install the contact points if the shock function if only the beep and vibrate functions are to be used. Only install the contact points if you intended to use the shock function. Replacement parts are available through the manufacturer.

Good range, decent pop

I have a very hyper doggo that we had a weaker collar for, the weak collar didn't work well at all. With this one, I can pop her from anywhere on the property. Works every time. The only thing I don't like is that is the screen on the remote goes to sleep you will have to push a random button FIRST before shocking her, or else it just wakes up the remote. Double tap.

Does the job!

We had a problem with our pup going in the road. He gets the zombies and zooms off our property. This collar has put a complete stop to that. He won’t even go near the road anymore. The only negative is that it’s bulky and we don’t keep it on him for comfort reasons. It’s a pain to keep taking on and off. He’s almost 3 months free of any road runs so we are going to do away with the collar for now, But it definitely got the job done.

Easy to mess up

I'll never use this again. I wanted it just for sound and vibration, but it's easy to make a mistake and shock them instead. I did, and I felt terrible that I hurt my dog. Pets should never experience pain during training.

Stopped working

Got this at the end of June 2023 and it all of a sudden stopped charging. Tried everything. It worked perfect before. I did everything I could and even contacted their customer service but nothing. I can’t wait long because I need consistency to train my dog. Have to order another collar now. It didn’t last long at all guys.

DOESNT WORK AND CANT EVEN RETURN NOW

Charged and the shock does not work!!!! Beep and vibrate do. It even full blast on myself the shocks non existent. I cant return now and I’m stuck with this crappy collar. Very disappointed

Have a 10 mo old Belgian Malinois rescued from pound, we r his 3rd home did not want to listen to NO but NO with the 1st setting for the noise he is coming along nicely

Great product

This has been a wonderful product to train my pup. It works exactly as described. My dog had a small problem of not wanting to come when called when it didn't meet her desires. After finding the effective shock level, which is pretty low, she now comes when called. I give her the command, if that doesn't do it, I give her a tone. 99% of the time that is all it takes. Occasionally, I have to use the vibration, but the shock was needed only one time thus far. I would highly recommend this product. It has helped me keep my dog safe which is most important. For the price you can't go wrong.

Worked okay until it didn’t

I purchased this about a year ago for my dog. Easy enough to set up and pick your settings. However, recently it started to malfunction and my dog was shocked without me pressing anything, at a very high level. I thought it could have happened my accident but when I took it off her and tried to adjust the settings, about 30 min later with no one touching the remote the collar started vibrating over and over. It was working just fine for about 9-10 months and we used it a lot. But that shock really hurt and scared our pup so I can’t recommend.

Patpet P320

I am thoroughly impressed with this collar. My walks with Emi were a nightmare but within 2 uses of the collar the walks are now enjoyable. This collar has also been useful in training her not to jump on people. We keep both settings on 4 and it has done very well. I am thoroughly impressed with this collar. It has made our life much easier for behavior issues. Thank you Patpet and Chewy.

Great!

This product has been great so far! Our dog is high strung and this collar has helped greatly with training. It works great and was so much cheaper than others I thought about buying. I'm super happy I found this collar.
