Fits My Needs

I had a little trouble with the assembly, but it you just spend a few minutes with it, it is pretty easy to put together. I like the look - it it no gaudy or attention grabbing - just a utility doing its thing. The main thing I like is that it is QUIET. My cat is kind of fussy but took to it right away. It comes with a little brush that assists in cleaning. The directions show you how to clean the motor. Very helpful. Haven't used it yet but it looks similar to cleaning a fish aquarium filter.

Mediocre

Made with out care. It functions, but there is no place to run the power cord. That entire part is just ignored.

I have a drink well fountain my cat loves running water. This is a gift for another cat

Worked for a week

Can’t get the upright of the spout to seal after 2nd cleaning. Now the water just oozes onto the upper tray.

Kinda sketchy

Probably going to try and return it, the cord for the pump doesn't really make sense

Was okay at first, got loud later on.

This product was good at first till after the first month it got loud at random times and sometimes the spout could not push out any water. I've adjusted it so many times to have it functioning it just wasn't really worth the money I spent. There's also no filters for this so cleaning was very frequent with this.

Did not work

The water did not flow out of the fountain top. It started building up mildew within a few days. Had to trash it. I think the pump is not strong enough for the amount of water in the container.

the water level is easy to see for refilling.

Doesn't last

At first the fountain was nice with a little pour from the spout and it was quiet. But after only a few weeks the spout stopped pouring much and what comes out trickles down the side of it instead of making a little waterfall. The motor is also louder now and could be annoying for people sensitive to whirring sounds. The filters seem difficult to find replacements for, but I'm not sure I will keep this long enough to need them. It's unfortunate because my cat seemed to really like it when it was working correctly.

the fountain itself functions okay. it does the job, and my kitties like it well enough. but there are no replacement filters available ANYWHERE, so after just a few months of use I am no longer able to use it. waste of money unfortunately :/
