Bought two of these for our cats in preparation for a move and plane ride that hasn’t yet happened BUT we love them and getting our cats to their vet appointments is so much easier with top and side entrances. Even for our larger boy he has enough room and settles down nicely. The fleece pad has been washed and dried a number of times and is holding up well. Great value too in my view.

So after adopting two kittens last October, we bought two of these carriers because of the softer sides, and the fact it accommodated the seat belts. However, after a few months of using these (not daily or weekly either), the zipper starting having issues with lining up correctly. At one point, Mr Kitty gets out of the carrier while in the car, as the zipper busted open and he's only 8 pounds. I noticed this item is no longer available, so I may not be the only one with issues. I really wanted to like these, but will be replacing both of them with a hard carrier.

We loved the carrier at first but the main zipper broke just after the second flight. Our yorkie is only 7 pounds so it was not a weight issue.

this is too small for a large cat. My cat is a 14 lbs maine coon and we basically have to fold him up to get in here. He hates it! But I gave it 3 stars because construction is good and would be perfect if it had a few more inches.

The first time I used this bag, the zippers came apart and my cat fell out and almost escaped. I do not recommend this bag.

I bought one of these for my cat a few years back and ended up getting the same one for my new kitty. Its very comfortable for them and comes with two washable inserts. All the zippers for each opening snap together so they cant squeeze the zippers open and there are plenty of little openings to give treats or put them in a different way (side and top). the bottom has feet on each corner so the bag feels more sturdy than most. Best bag by far!

My 15lb cat can comfortably curl up in this carrier and enjoys napping in it. While it's flexible enough that he could stand in it, it's probably best for short trips only.

Holds shape when one side is closed. Was skeptical if it would be large enough for my larger boy cat (about 12lb), but he fits! Went into it himself and had a good look at it. At first I thought it wouldn't be ideal because I would think cats want to stand in their carrier, but now that I've seen him hang out in it, I'm not too worried about his slight immobility. He turned himself around fine and I think the size makes him feel secure (idk! just the vibes I was getting from watching him).
