Not what is described
The description states sturdy wooden frame and durable steel wire slats. The slats are made of wood, not steel. My 3 month old Frenchie has chewed spots of the slats easily. I purchased the gate specifically because of the description of the slats. I wanted metal so if/when chewed, pieces were not able to be broken off. I would not recommend buying if your pet is a chewer.
so great I bought two
I bought this to create a smaller more contained area for my puppy in the living room for training purposes. The gate is nice and heavy so she can’t knock it down, it’s also tall enough that jumping over it isn’t an option. And unlike other gates I tried, she (3 lb cavachon pup) cannot squeeze through the slats. The finish is nice, the quality is nice, and it makes the space look neat. I had a makeshift barrier with boxes before this came, but she would cry when I left the room. After I got the gate she stopped doing that because she can keep an eye on me when I’m not right beside her. This gate is nice and wide as well, great span and I like that I don’t have to attach it to the walls to make it stand. Also if I have company I can quickly fold it up and put it in the closet. Very happy with the product.
Great product, but so expensive- Senior discount?
I have been using this food for my dog for a very long time and can't believe how expensive it is. I am a senior on a fixed income and inflation I really taking its toll on all of us. My dog is the love of my life and I would never change his food because of price. Is there anyway that seniors can get a discoont?

I purchased this in May. It does the job and covers a large space. It has been knocked over twice. The second time was today and completely broke on one of the sides. I would rather pay for something sturdier even if it cost more. Barely lasted 7 months.

I bought the 4 panel gate for more usefulness around the house. It is finished beautifully, and is a nice weight. It can be folded and moved, but is substantial and sturdy.

Awesome gate!
Well made. Heavy. My 2 pound and 5 pound girls have not been able to knock it over. I was concerned about the distance between the slots. They are close enough together that my 2 pound puppy can not get through them. I do wish it had 2 extra panels. Sometime i just need to to be a little wider.
Excellent pet gate!!
We bought this to help keep our kittens from getting to the front door, and it is wonderful. Really good quality, looks excellent and it works wonderfully. We are able to use it in different locations around the house as well. Would definitely recommend and worth the price!
Very nice gate
I was impressed with the quality of this gate. Attractive and solid. They work well for keeping my daughter's 2 small dogs confined to the vinyl floor to prevent messes. Easy for the cats to jump over.
