Our 10 lb, 3 yo, Shih Tzu/Pekingese pound adoption loves going on our boat and we live on a lake so when we were informed of possible dangers of swimming we got the life jacket. He now gets excited when we get it out to put on him. Eagerly runs to the lake to go for a boat ride.

although this product fit my dog perfectly & the color is great, unfortunately it felt as if if didn’t really help her swim better compared to swimming without a life jacket at all. it didn’t really seem to do much. she was still hella tired after swimming & couldn’t swim for a long period of time like you should be able to with a life jacket on. boooooo.

Poor design

I took a lot of time searching for a safety jacket for our tine Chi. The jacket uses the same large clips as used on the large dog jackets. They were in my Chi’s eyes. I had to improvise by removing the clips and Extending the velcro around the neck. I found a small clip at a fabric store to replace the large one around the belly. The jacket does help our Chi to float but it does need redesign.

The Lifeguard Neoprene Dog Life Jacket did not disappoint! It was the perfect size for my pup and it was easy to adjust. The life jacket was also comfortable and easy for my pup to move around in. My pup was able to swim, sit, and do all of her activities with the life jacket on! We had a great time on the water!

Didn't know if our Golden Retriever would like this or not, but after putting it on him he was out with us swimming for over a half hour. He loves it! He's been out many times and we don't have to worry about him getting tired, he's like the energizer Bunny, he goes and goes and goes.......

A Koozie for your Dog

After reading the reviews on this jacket I was shocked at what was delivered to me in the mail. This jacket is very thin and reminds me of a Koozie in the thickness and feel.I took my dog out in the lake in this jacket and it provided zero buoyancy.

Our King Charles Cavalier loves to Jetski. He is 20lbs necks size 11”. Size small is a perfect fit. Love it!

Great to keep him afloat but ordered too large

This life jacket has been easy to put on and take off. In addition, it's helped keep my dog's head above the water. My only complaint is that I didn't follow the sizing guide and got an XL instead of a large. I believe the sizing guide is accurate and should be followed (contrary to most running small).
