Do not waste your money
By Chelleb on Feb 5, 2021
The front wheel of this stroller is so badly designed. It goes in every direction possible and I have to constantly pull the stroller up on the back wheels to get the front wheel to straighten. On my walk yesterday, the front wheel started rubbing against plastic part that sits over front wheel and after a good 10 minutes of the front wheel rubbing, the wheel would no longer go in a forward motion. I was a mile from home and I literally had to push the stroller on it’s back wheels to get home with my pup. I’m so disappointed with this purchase. Will contact Chewy for replacing part or entire stroller. Most reviewers of this product complain over the front wheel so buyer, beware!

Don’t purchase :(
By Seal93 on Jan 22, 2021
Unfortunately when I received my cat stroller it was not what I expected. It’s huge for starters, the directions were absolutely ridiculous and made almost no sense, and the front wheel simply does not work. This stroller is also incredibly flimsy and I see why other reviewers had issues with it breaking shortly after purchase. Luckily Chewy gave me all my money back. 10/10 would not recommend.

Horrible item
By Brian on Feb 8, 2021
Worthless stroller. Instructions reference parts that don't exist and what does exist literally does not fit. Cheap and horrible quality control. The fact that chewy sells this is enough to make me never shop here again.

Greaat at first then...
By Christine on Nov 7, 2020
I loved this stroller! I had a very sick senior chi who still wanted to get out but didn't have the energy. The leash clip broke almost immediately but I let it go, thinking it was a minor issue. It was amazing for us even though the wheel started acting wonky but then he passed away. I still used it with my senior dachshund when her paws were sore but the front wheel went right and put so much strain on my own body trying to keep it straight. We got a kitten to keep dachshund company and she loves it too but unfortunately the front wheel gave us so many problems I could only use the stroller if I popped it up on the back wheels with the front wheel in the air. My dad fixed it - kinda - so we I loved this stroller! I had a very sick senior chi who still wanted to get out but didn't have the energy. Today we headed out to a new paved trail so I brought the stroller. The minute I got it out of the trunk the front wheel broke and flew into a bunch of pieces. Not sure if it can be fixed or is even worth it at this point. Thankfully my pup wasnt in the stroller as it smashed into pieces in a parking lot. Even though I got this on sale, it's not worth the $70. … more

Sturdiness
By Cash on Dec 27, 2020
The aluminum base bends easily and breaks from bar going to front wheel. I had two and both did same thing. Easy to put together but instructions could be clearer. My dog is 30lb stroller was meant to hold 50 lb.I need another stroller but won’t try this one again.

WORST STROLLER EVER
By SRie on Oct 5, 2020
This stroller is the biggest piece of junk ever. The front wheel is designed wrong or something. It will not basically allow the stroller to go forward without jerking or lifting the front of the stroller in the air.Its so bad now my dog is scared to death of the stroller. Ive had a stroller for my dog for a couple years. He loves his stroller so much I decided to buy him a bigger one. I purchased this one, what a mistake. This seems to be a problem a lot of other people have had to. Why wouldn't they pull it off the internet so no one else has to go through the really bad experience most of us have had with this stroller. Its obvious as heck the stroller is junk. I’ve had this stroller for a year. Worst purchase!
By LJ8258 on Oct 1, 2020
In the beginning it works fine, then over time, here and there, the breakdown begins. It starts with the front wheel leaning a little to the right and then a little to the left. Then after that you start to notice you need super wrist strength to keep it straight. Then you literally have to pick up the front wheel and move the entire thing if you need to turn. It is a piece of garbage. This is not cheap at all (price wise). When you look at the components used, very cheap. I guess if you need a good stroller that actually turns and doesn’t break every 5 minutes, you have to pay a lot more money. My dog does not enjoy the jerking and unpleasant sudden jolts that accompany this terribly built stroller In the beginning it works fine, then over time, here and there, the breakdown begins. Not for my little dog.
By Jane on Oct 3, 2020
Have not used it yet. It's way too big for my little bichon, so I borrowed a smaller one from a friend. In reading the description I noted that it was for little dogs, so was surprised at how big it is. Planned to push it with one hand while walking my guy as he recuperates from acl surgery, and popping him in the stroller when he tires. This stroller, when I tried it out in the house, is difficult to maneuver with one hand. The single front wheel has a mind of it's own. Directions to put it together were a bit of a hassle until I realized it was already partially put together. Maybe a return? Will try to find someone who wants it.

Front wheel weld failed
By Pugfanatic on Sep 15, 2020
Putting out babies at risk!!!! This is the second stroller I have had from this company that the front weld failed and the wheel fell off. I walk around a decent neighborhood twice a day with my elderly pug each one lasted about 6 months. Don't waste your money or put your dogs at risk. Chewy should stop selling this brand of stroller
