Caulk or Toothpaste?
Not sure how old these tubes are, but one tube had significantly hardened making it challenging to squeeze out of the tube, much less brush teeth with, similar in consistency to hardened caulk. Other tube seems to be okay.

Amazing product
This is a great price and my dog loves the toothpaste. The toothbrush is also great for a dog and has a long handle to reach back teeth easily.Highly recommend! Best price out there for dog toothpaste too. I am a dental hygienist so I know enough to know I highly recommend this product. PS gently brush your dogs teeth in a circular motion up onto gums with the same pressure you use holding a pen.
Recommended Toothpaste
Toothbrush is too flimsy for it bends real easy, might break. Returned to using my old toothbrush. She likes the flavored toothpaste.
Canine Teeth
TOOTHFULLY, I don’t know where to start with this review. Just kidding! Haha. I have a little WISDOM that I can share with you. I’ll start by saying that the variety of brushes in this box is great! You have the double sided toothbrush that offers a small sized brush for our small mouthed friends, and on the other end you have a brush that’s perfectly sized for our larger canine friends, but if that doesn’t work for you they also offer a finger brush. Which is wonderful if the toothbrush just isn’t for your companion, and it’s sometimes easier to control. I’d suggest wetting the brush a bit before actually brushing just to make it more comfortable. The packaging also recommends to let your dog taste the toothpaste before actually brushing and that’s a wonderful tip. Working at a vet and being part of a very large animal community, I’ve been fortunate to try so many different products. I like this better than a lot of other toothpaste. It’s beef flavored, but it doesn’t have that overwhelming odor that makes you question if you even want to put it in your dog’s mouth. The texture is pleasant too. It’s not runny, gritty or mushy. The toothpaste is white and smooth and is very similar to human toothpaste. I am pleased with this product, and my dog didn’t dislike it (wasn’t super eager about it, but didn’t hate it). Why did I give it 3 stars then? This product claims to be natural (sulfate free and BPA free). I did read the ingredients label though and noticed that it contains sodium lauryl sulfate. Now, I am not a scientist, but make what you will of that. There’s also other toxins in this toothpaste that can potentially be harmful to your pet (I didn’t realize this before purchasing). Do I hate it? No. Do I love it? Meh. Honestly it can be hard to find perfectly natural products for your pet 100% of the time. I personally do not like the dental treats for pets. Not only do they not really work, but one of the big name brand treats gave my pup pancreatitis. Brushing is a much better option for us. If you do use dental treats, no hard FILLINGS! I would like to make an IMPACT on you though. Because we’re in this TOOTHGETHER! Will I buy this toothpaste again? Probably not. In actuality toothpaste isn’t what does the trick for your dog’s teeth. It’s the repetition of brushing. So just by brushing your dog’s teeth (without toothpaste) you’re still doing them a huge and maybe even better favor. That’s an opinion though and I hope this review helps strengthen your opinion on whatever you may feel. Thank you so much Chewy for your as always fast shipping. My pets thank you! Good Results
I brush my dogs teeth almost every day and last time my dog had a cleaning, he had ZERO teeth pulled. The results seem better than previous brands I've used. Their breath is less stinky too; I definitely notice a difference if I haven't brushed their teeth in a few days. Tip: Start them young! Our rescue tolerates this, but the one who grew up on it waits expectantly to have her teeth brushed.
Great Deal
This was a steal of a deal! You get 2 large tubes of toothpaste for a great low price and my dog loves the toothpaste! Still doesn’t like having her teeth brushed, but she minds it less now (wink)!
Sparkly Breathe
Just received this last week; slowly introducing it again to my 14 year old puppy :-) I might have an easier time with this product----she doesn't seem to resist as much and likes the flavor....half the battle..the other is doing it!
