My dog likes these over all other expensive doggie boots.
By Suesue on Feb 23, 2021
My dog walks very normal in these and these are the only ones. I have more expensive boots for her but she will not walk in them. These can be a little hassle getting them on but they stay on until you remove them. I think its because the balloon shape has plenty of space for her paws . I have a 16 pound lasapoo and the Xtra small fits her fine.

Works as desired
By Tasia on Jan 4, 2021
These work great if you get the right size (use the chart). They very rarely slip off in the rain or snow, and they're easier to put on than boots. All those people who are having trouble are either choosing the wrong size or doing it wrong (and getting easily frustrated). The trick, if you can call it that, is facing the correct direction while you're putting them on: You and your dog should be face to face for the front ones, but you should sit behind your dog for the back ones, kicking the back legs toward you. I have a mini schnauzer who hates clothing and an Airedale who loves clothing. Both have short or long hair depending on the season, and both have been wearing these rubber-balloon These work great if you get the right size (use the chart). I have a mini schnauzer who hates clothing and an Airedale who loves clothing. Both have short or long hair depending on the season, and both have been wearing these rubber-balloon booties for years with no issues. In fact, when our Airedale gets a hotspot and wants to scratch, we put one on her back foot until her urge to scratch dissipates. You can't leave these on for hours at a time or they'll reduce circulation and cause issues, but that's not what these are intended for anyway. For walks in the snow, ice, and rain and on hot pavement or sand, these work perfectly. … more

Great for Cold Days
By 88Carlita on Feb 15, 2021
Our Husky-Heeler mix loved these. We live in Colorado. She enjoyed cold weather but her paws would always get 'ouchie' walking on snow or on sidewalks. She was foot-shy and so didn't enjoy having these put on, but tolerated it because she was so much more comfortable once she was wearing them.

Do NOT get
By Dogmom on Mar 2, 2021
DO NLT GET THESE! So bad for you dog! They cut off circulation of their paws and they’re so hard to get on and off. It’s a waste of money

Perfect for my Maltese
By Buttons on Jan 18, 2020
I have experimented with all types of booties for my Maltese, and although I would prefer warm thick booties for her in the winter, her silky hair along with the tiny bones in her paw will not allow those types of booties to stay put, I have seen my neighbors larger dogs wearing the warm and fuzzy booties and due to their size those type of booties will stay put. Alllll that I am saying is, if you don't want to spend a small fortune trying different types of booties with small, teacup and toy dogs, I find that the Pawz Waterproof Dog Boots is just great. The ticket is to change them after they start to feel flimsy because your dog paw nail will pierce through them and that present a hazard I have experimented with all types of booties for my Maltese, and although I would prefer warm thick booties for her in the winter, her silky hair along with the tiny bones in her paw will not allow those types of booties to stay put, I have seen my neighbors larger dogs wearing the warm and fuzzy booties and due to their size those type of booties will stay put. Tip for Getting These to Slip On
By WinterLuv on Dec 12, 2019
I love these boots! I’m sharing a tip I learned for getting these on your dog’s paws without a struggle. First locate a jar, drinking glass or piece of pvc about the same width as your dog’s paw. Next stretch the balloon around the outside rim with the balloon on the inside, insert the paw into the balloon and roll the bootie rim off the glass. Voila!

Not what I had hoped for
By BoosterSeat on Jan 28, 2020
I bought these for my full coated Maltese but they don't work because of her long hair. Probably would be great on a short haired dog or one that is groomed short.

Works once on
By Carak2000 on Nov 30, 2019
These are really challenging to get on and off. Once they're on, they do their job. But, a) my dog doesn't love having them on and b) she still won't walk outside in the rain. I got these hoping that along with these and a rain jacket she'd walk out in the rain. Not the fault of the boots at all that she still won't go out in the rain.

Work, BUT Cut Off Circulation
By MissSAPlayer on Nov 10, 2019
My pup has bad allergies and hates walking in wet weather because her feet have a bad reaction. So I bought these. While they work well... I feel like they cut off circulation. They fit but maybe I should try a larger size.
