These work great for my no-hair dogs

I have two small no-hair dogs (26 lbs & 12 lbs). FWIW, the 26 lb dog uses the red booties; the 12 lb dog uses Orange. Lucky for me - both are very patient while I get the booties on. No lie ... it's not an easy task getting balloons on 8 paws - but once they're on - both dogs are much happier about going out for walks when there's wet slushy snow on the sidewalk. Pros: + The booties stay on for the whole walk (1.5 miles tonight); + Reusable (for a while); + They last reasonably long. My girls find the boots uncomfortable when their dew claws are mashed against their leg; * Search on Youtube for how-to videos showing how to get the balloons on & off more easily; * For my two no-hair dogs - the paw balloons have worked the best. Other styles of boots slip off in a matter of minutes. These stay on & do a good job of protecting their paws. … more

Granted I suppose if your dog has naturally very short claws it’ll probably work great, but her claws are pretty long even when trimmed down. They did fit as advertised and while they were working they were very helpful to keep her paws dry and safe from cuts (she’s prone to paw injuries) but they wouldn’t be a very long lasting solution. I was hoping they’d last a few more walks at least. … more
