Transition Instructions

Mix with the present diet by one-quarter to three quarters to begin with (25% new to 75% old). Follow by a daily increase in the amount of the new product until your pet is eating only the new. This gradual approach, taken over a week's time, is usually more acceptable and avoids any digestive upsets a sudden change in diet may cause to your pet.

    Meal in a Can

    By on

My dog loves it, therefore so do I. Our dog can be a very picky eater and seems to be the answer to the problem.

    Dogs Gobble This Down!

    By on

This is a great dog food! There's a good balance of meaty chunks and gravy. I like to mix wet food with the kibble, and there's enough gravy to coat the kibble without being too dry or too mushy. My dog just loved this food and that made me happy. Plus the price is great! Highly recommend!

    Good basic dog food

    By on

My dogs like the taste of this food. I have an elderly pug who needs soft food now. She was eating kibble before I started with canned food, but now has issues chewing food. This is working for her, and is a moderately priced food. I have two Frenchies who get a dollop of this on their kibble, they like the taste of this food also.

    My pups prefer beef!

    By on

I decided to give the chicken a try as I feel I am always giving them (2 dogs) stew or beef of some kind. The dogs always finish their dinner, but have not been doing so with the chicken. To me, it appears that choice cuts with chicken is just that, there are no veggies or rice mixed in.

    hounds luv it

    By on

have relied on pedigree canned as a treat for the hounds. since one of the 4 is now on a diet, I have switched from the 22 oz to 13 oz size. they love it and it has just enough "gravy" in in for me to give the dieter a little of it.

    The wellfare of my pets.

    By on

I am very upset with the last order, the cans in two of the cases were damaged up to 6 cans in one of the cases were damaged and 4 in another. The damage came from the factory I think because most of the cans were hidden in the middle or turned so you could not see the damage until you took the cans out of the case. I am very picky when it comes to my pets so this was very up setting to me. Does the factory hide the damage or does Chewy except 2nd quality (damaged goods) Chewy need to have a complaint department that is easily accessible. I won't feed questionable cans that are damaged or do not have a vacuum seal.
