I was on a mission to find a teeth cleaning treat that doesn’t contain chicken by-products, and these fit the bill. My dog is OBSESSED with these treats!! They smell great and his teeth stay pearly white. He also has a sensitive stomach and these don’t seem to upset it, which is great. Good price, too. Only downside is he eats them in like 5 seconds so maybe they could be a bit thicker.
Dog loves them
First time purchased these DemtaStix. My dog loves them. The only complaint I have is they’re too large. I had to cut in half and they are hard to cut. They would last longer and go further off they were smaller. I bought them for her teeth and gums Health and breath not as a chew or bone treat. Just wanted something to freshen her breath. Smaller would be better.
Dentastix Mint Flavored
My dog really likes these. I normally buy him Greenies, but these were such a deal and I like that you can easily break them in half. His latest check-up it was mentioned how nice his teeth were for his age. Fresh breath too!
Whitest teeth!
Niece's 13 dogs' teeth are super white. She said it's these mint stix. My dog is so crazy for them he grabbed it and ran way, twice, when I tried to touch it. So funny. He's never done that over anything, even food, in over six years.
Do not buy
These chews have given my sons dog explosive diarrhea for days. This is the second time and warrants a trip to the vet. Do your own independent research online. There are many people experiencing these same symptom and worse.
Last 6 Bag Order Was REALLY Stale
My diva dog Grace loves her Dentasticks Fresh, but the last 6 bag order I placed with Chewy, every single bag was really stale, and ultimately a waste of my money, because neither of my dogs was interested in eating them Such a waste! (Tricked the dogs by cutting them into small pieces & adding to their dinner’s gravy to re-hydrate; then they got eaten!) Not purchasing these from Chewy again, since I cannot trust how old & stale they might be

We adopted a 6-yr old, 60lb mix in 2017 who had been surrendered by her family 6 months prior. We suspected there had been some neglect maintaining things like nails and teeth cleaning and did our best to put her on a healthy path which included Twistix treats by N-Bone. She is a lovely, quiet, low maintenance dog and these were hands down her favorite treat, eliciting excitement every day. They were $2.99 per bag of 8 in 2017 with the recommendation of 2 per day. Prices started climbing dramatically in 2020 and hit $7.40 per page by XMAS 2022. Time to tap out! I ordered DentaStix as a longshot replacement and she loves them. As is, they are less than 1/2 the price of Twistix and are actually large enough to break in half if you felt the need to stretch the supply. So glad I took a chance. I will definately buy again.
Treat or treatment
We feed them evening treats and then they get a Dentastix. More excited about getting the Dentastix than the treats we give them. They will not allow us to skip on the Dentastix.

My Boys Faves By Far
These Dentastix are a daily routine for my rescue boys. They are large dogs so they usually get a full stick to themselves, unless I forgot for some reason and it’s later in the day. They love the multiple flavors offered but they have gone most crazy for the mint, which is great because I think it helps their breathe the longest. They do their normal morning sit, shake, speak for these and know when I say Dentastix, it’s time for their fave!! Chewy always offers the best pricing on these, so thank you! PSA- if your heeled pup is like mine and gobbles his treats too fast even as a larger dog, I tend to cut his up and use them as training tools so he still needs to bite into the piece but doesn’t choke on the larger pieces he used to.
