This bird bath is ideal for Canaries, Doves, Finches and other small bird species. A cockatiel will most likely be too large.

Bird Baths are intended to be filled with water. Birds can safely bathe and frolic in the Penn-Plax Bird Bath without it slipping off of the cage or leaking as they splash and move around.

It doesn't fit every cage opening

Funny this brought back memories I don't think they have changed the design for 60 years when I was a kid with a parakeet. I bought a nice cage through Chewy but the door is much larger than usual I guess (we like it when the birds are finished getting their out of cage exercise they can fly right into their cage). However the extra large door is not a fit for this bird bath. Returning it.

Disappointed

Was very disappointed with the bird bath. I thought I was ordering the blue one with the hooks on the top. Instead the box contained a brown bath with no hooks. It's not stable at all and does not fit. This is the first time I've been disappointed with a product from Chewy.

Bird bath for finches cage.

Much to big for bird cage doors. Unusable . Need to state the sizes or make hooks adjustable so they will fit on cage doors. Other than that they would be ok. I really needed them right away, so I had to go buy others.

Nice, easy to clean, easy to attach, birds can't get out of sides, good size for parakeets, canaries, parrotlets and love birds.
