Penn-Plax Reptology Lizard Lounger

This product came up as recommended for hermit crabs so I got it. They did love it, but because of the high humidity required in their tank it got moldy almost instantly and had to be thrown away. I'm not sure how it is intended to be used in a hermit crab environment?

I've purchased three lizard loungers and love them all, as do my reptiles. The leather ties make it super easy to install the hammocks in various enclosure types, while remaining sturdy, and aestheticly pleasing.

I bought the Lizard Lounger for my son's pet. Well made and worth the price. Izzy the Lizard is enjoying his new platform.

I was concerned the small would be too small, but it turned out to be the perfect size. I bought it as a climbing platform for a mouse. It’s big enough to allow him to run around and play on it while also not being too big for his cage. I wasn’t sure the leather ties included would hold up, but they’re extremely sturdy. I took off the suction cups and just tied it directly to the top of his cage. Most importantly, he doesn’t seem at all interested in chewing the ties (just the hammock itself, but I expected that). I know it won’t last forever with a mouse, but I’ll definitely be buying this brand again once I need a new one.

I ordered this lizard lounger after wanting something a little larger than the ones found in the pet stores. This item did not disappoint and was actually larger than I expected! It has held up for some time now. I use it for my bearded dragon and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a larger hammock!

My hermit crab was climbing and he stuck his upper half through the net hole and was not able to retreat he got stuck in it and I had to cut it open Yes you could use it for lizards but this just got me thinking that maybe their limbs might get stuck I will not be purchasing again

this is perfect for our big Bearded Dragon he loves hanging out on it and gives him an advantage to really see whats going on around him. was easy to install and holds up to our dragon running up and down on it, as he is a german giant so he is larger than most beardies.

One star for incorrect advertising. I was disappointed when I realized this was a corner hammock and not a long one like in the photos of the product. You can tell if you look at the tiny image of the packaging/ but thats pretty misleading. Mega disappointed

So I loved the idea of this... and our girl loves the hammock part but as for the ladder part on the side.. what a joke lol regardless of how you flip this the ladder is always against the glass and under the hammock no way for our girl to use to climb up there.. so my son put her decor under to use.. again the hammock part is great
