Just what I needed

My Golden Retriever has been shedding a ton this winter! He’s not scared of the vacuum - so I started thinking I should design a vacuum attachment so I could brush him out indoors without fur flying all over the place. Then it occurred to me that those probably already exist. As suspected - there are several products like that on the market. After much review I found the one I would have designed if I had thought of it first. This product includes a great de-shedding comb with a really slick button that toggles the comb to a position where the fur is cleanly sucked into the hose. I’m pleased to say that it works perfectly on my vacuum - and that my pup seems to almost enjoy it. This was one of my best pet purchases ever!

Dog grooming tool

The tool attaches to my dyson pet hair vacuum cleaner and is easy to use to comb through their fur and is sucked up into the vacuum

Needs better tools

Does not suck up the hair it brushes out

I’m giving this a 1 star because it does not suck up the hair it brushes out. I do not recommend spending your money on this particular one. I have 2 Golden Retrievers and a German Shepherd. On all 3 dogs it didn’t suck all the hair. You’ll get piles or balls of hair all over the floor and in the air. You’re better off just brushing them off outside and then cleaning up the mess or sweeping it off your porch. This does suck up some of the hair, just not all. My shark pet vacuum did have hair in the bucket, but the floor was covered with loose hair after using this. Do not waste your money on this particular one, try to find another grooming item that will work better.

Dog-Vac Groom

I would recommend this item. It is not as powerful as I would like, but my dog does have very thick hair. I think it is worth the money.

Meh just ok

The hair definitely goes down the vacuum cleaner but the brush does not get hair off my dog like I thought it would. You have to clean the brush often and only small amounts come off the dog. My dog is a big shedder so I was expecting more. I won’t return, but only because it’s a hassle to return it.

Pretty Cool for my Husky!

This was hard to see how it would fit to my vac but my son figured it out. It has a tightening cap.. so if it seems like it won’t fit, look again. He twisted the cap thingy down and tightened it to the vacuum hose and it worked fine! When the hair doesn’t seem to vac up well, empty your vac. Just some tips when it seems like this kits don’t work right. I just hope it lasts for awhile.
