Poorly made
By ShihTzuMom1 on Oct 7, 2020
I have always been happy with what I’ve ordered from Chewy, but this birdfeeder was terrible. It was partially falling apart when I received it. ItIs only held together by Staples which were coming out of the wood. Rather than send it back and have to pay the shipping, and go through the trouble of packing it up, I had to drill a bunch of holes and put screws in to hold the whole thing together. I knew if I put it outside and once it was in the weather for a couple of weeks, it would just fall apart. I ordered another birdfeeder that looks exactly the same as this one from another company and it arrived and was very sturdy and held together with screws. What a difference! You are a great company, but this was a terrible product. I really should’ve taken a photo of it when I received it falling apart, but I didn’t think about doing a review. … more

Really nice feeder - almost squirrel proof
By Georganne on Jan 1, 2021
The food is this feeder lasts a long time because it's difficult for the squirrels to eat from it.

Don’t waste your money!

It looked cute, but sadly, it was very cheaply made. It fell apart in less than a week.

Bird Feeder
By sgearing on Aug 15, 2019
This feeder is the perfect size. However the top is not very secure and the birds knock it off. I have had to use a bungee cord to keep it on.

Poorly designed
By BirdyK on Feb 6, 2019
Looks better than it is. Flimsy, shoddy workmanship. The seed troughs have no end caps so much seed is spilled each time a larger bird lands on it. The plexiglass pieces are so thin they crack for little to no reason. Can't order replacements, either! The rope hanger isn't long enough and feeder is difficult to hang straight. The staples holding the suet cages on are just very thin wire that breaks in no time. I've bought/made several feeders in decades of feeding wildlife and this has to top the list as one of the worst! The first one I got broke within a week so it was returned without issue but the 2nd one had the same problems. I finally tossed it out. BEWARE!

Falling apart
By Oldone on Mar 26, 2019
All the pieces except for the base were falling apart...I wood glued everything together and for now it’s looking much better...it’s only been up two weeks and the plexiglass has cracked! Not sure how that could happen but I do know, I won’t buy this feeder again!

I love it and so do the birds. The suet holders on each end is a super addition.
