Offer your local wingmen an energizing snack all year long with a Perky-Pet The Loft Bamboo Wild Bird Feeder. This smart feeder lets you serve two suet cakes at once, giving your feathered friends a double dose of energy! It’s ideal for upside-down feeding birds such as woodpeckers, nuthatches and chickadees. The upside-down, roof-style design also helps to protect suet cakes from rain, snow and sun, which can spoil or melt bird food. Early Report-Been up 2 days
By Linkatt on Dec 26, 2020
Extremely well made overall, smooth, thick mildew proof bamboo roof keeps off the elements and sun. Birds slip off of it, except woodpeckers. Strong, well balanced hanger. Cages are secure, with sturdy clasps. Narrow suet opening, but it's fine, I assume the suet slides down as it's eaten. They are getting used to landing and eating upside down/sideways. Unfortunately, the starlings are able to hang on for 2-7 seconds (so far) before they give up. As far as squirrels or sparrows go, I haven't seen any yet, but I'm hoping they have trouble clinging on too! Other than that it looks like a well made, efficiently designed product.

Suet cake bamboo feeder
By Wren on Jan 10, 2021
Solid. Good quality. Well made. A bit heavy but hangs on tree branch without drag on the branch. Haven't had any birds since I put it up about 2 weeks ago (today is 10 Jan), but, that is probably the birds. They do not cotton well to new feeders or placement that is not in their usual feeding station. Worth the money and highly recommended, just based on the quality of the product.

Great for bird lovers

An attractive, light weight, sturdy feeder I expect to have for many years. Wonderful product! Downy Woodpeckers and Tufted Titmice love it.
