Instructions
Charging the Unit
Pet Tunes comes with a minimal battery charge when purchased. To completely charge, gently connect the small end of the Charging Cord into the Line-In port, as not to damage the port. Connect the USB end to your device, computer or a USB wall adapter. The Indicator glows red while charging. When the red light turns off, your Pet Tunes is fully charged. A full charge normally takes two hours. Once disconnected from power, the unit will continuously play Pet Acoustics Music up to 8 hours. To play 24/7, connect to a USB wall adapter. If music skips, the unit needs to be charged again.
Pairing via Bluetooth
Press the Pause/Pair button in the center until you hear a tone, indicating Pet Tunes is now in pairing Mode. The blue light flashes quickly while pairing. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your device, select Pet Acoustics and follow your device instructions. If your device asks for a PIN, enter 0000. You will hear the same tone once paired.
For Best Results
Place the Pet Tunes unit near the hearing environment of your pet, about 4 feet (122 cm) above the floor.
Loop the lanyard strap onto Pet Tunes to hang the unit on a crate, cage or stall.
Keep Pet Tunes off the ground where dust, water or food may come in contact.
Clean unit with a soft cloth.

How long does the battery last?
The lithium ion battery typically lasts up to 8 hours, wirelessly. You can also play and charge Pet Tunes 24/7 inserting the USB plug into a USB wall adaptor.
How do you charge Pet Tunes?
You can use a computer USB insert or a USB wall adaptor.
Does this come to me already charged?
Each Pet Tunes comes with a slight charge but should be charged for 2 1/2 hours for a full battery to play wirelessly.
Can more music be added to the Micro SD card?
We advise putting your selected music on a new Micro SD card which you can exchange with the card already in the Micro SD slot at the topof the Pet Tunes unit. To remove, press the SD card in and it will pop out.
How do I put more music on it?
You can play any music through the Bluetooth® feature, or pop out the Micro SD card and add other music on a different Micro SD card.
How do you connect with Bluetooth®?
You can connect your computer, tablet or phone to the Pet Tunes speaker. Enter Bluetooth® pairing mode by holding down the play button until you hear a chirp. Now your device is ready to scan for it. Press “Pet Acoustics” to pair.
Does this come with a cord that also plugs into the wall?
Pet Tunes comes with a USB cord. You can charge the unit to play wirelessly up to 8 hours.
Can you actually hear the music?
Yes the music is audible for humans and people find the music calming too!
Does it just keep playing, or does it stop once it's done?
Pet Tunes plays continuously up to 8 hours on a full battery charge. You do not have to press any buttons to have the music play continuously.
Is the Pet Tunes speaker loud enough for a large room or kennel?
Pet Tunes volume can be set loud enough to fill a large environment. Is it normal for there to be a delay before the music starts?
There is a 2 - 3 second delay and then the music will play. There will be a blue light blinking when Pet Acoustics music is playing.
No music playing.
If for some reason you have charged the unit and there is no music playing but the Blue light is on, pop out the Micro SD card and put it back into the slot gently until it clicks in and is flush with the top of the unit. In transport the units get jogged and the SD card can get out of alignment. Popping the card out and putting it back in will start the music if this is the issue.

Works miracles!
So pleased with PetTunes! We have tried so many things to calm our dog in the car and nothing has worked until this! She is calm and resting within 4 minutes. We are ecstatic with this product.
Brilliant method!
I was looking for a way to help my dog during the hours he was home alone. He suffered separation anxiety and he hated the thunder hug vest and I didn't want to give him CBD. I left the tv YouTube soothing music on for him once and when I was back the channel was off. I also realized that there was really no great playlist to leave on for more than 1 hour. I was hesitant to buy this as it seemed so simple, but ultimately decided to give it a go since Chewy is great at customer satisfaction and refunds and had nothing to lose. It's brilliant. The music is truly soothing and I do notice that my dog is more relaxed and less fussy when I get home. Dogs do not like being alone and absolute silence, and if your doggo is gonna be home alone, don't leave him without sound for several hours. Get him this music box, it's great. Or something that works for you...
Wonderful Puppy Product!
I purchased this acoustic cube for my new Labrador puppy while crate training. I was skeptical, but it's pretty amazing! She happily and calmly climbs into her crate, the music soothes her and she settles almost instantly. It's become a nightly ritual for her and we don't go to bed without it. Added bonus is that the music is soothing for humans, too! I would highly recommend trying this product!
So good, it makes ME fall asleep
So i was pretty much going crazy with my mini aussie who hated his crate and wouldn't sleep the whole night. Until i got this and the heart beat dog plushie and now he sleeps all night. Even if he's not in the crate, if i play the music, he'll start yawning and laying down. Amazing.

The Pet tunes worked immediately with our Carlee! She was terrified of me cooking, because our smoke alarm went off, while I was broiling one day. Carlee would cry to go out, then we would have to physically carry her back inside, she paced, cried, panted and had fear in her eyes! It was pitiful. She escalated from there becoming more sensitive to any loud noise. We got this and she was calmed immediately, we were stunned. We did put her in the bedroom, her safe place, the first day, but she was so calm. Carlee layed down and after two days, she was over her fear of me cooking! We now use it when we leave the house and she is calm as a cucumber! I Highly Recommend!!!
Nice, glad I bought it.
I was not sure about this thing at first, but it's actually pretty nice. I hate leaving my dogs alone, but I do feel a little better giving them nice, soothing music to listen to. Not a big deal, but the volume is a bit loud whenever I first turn it on, so I always have to turn it down right away. If it's loud to me, it's got to be a lot louder to the dogs.
Can't Believe This Worked!
I very rarely do reviews but this thing is awesome and I need to let people know. My dog, out of the blue, started suffering from separation anxiety when I would leave for work. I leave her a kong every morning but she started ignoring it and crying at window when I would leave. I put a camera up and saw she was in distress for a couple of hours after I would leave. After getting this pet tune box, it was a miracle. She is excited for her kong and not concerned about me leaving, and basically sleeps all day on the back of the couch until I come home. I would highly recommend to anyone whose dog is suffering from separation anxiety. THANK YOU!!!!

The music was strange and despite all that seemed to make a difference with daisy. She took her aggression down a notch. I was extremely happy with it. After a couple charges it stopped working. major disappointment. Look at other options.

Works wonders
My dog gets so anxious during storms that he trembles. I’ve tried a thunder coat, supplements, etc, nothing helped. This music does the trick. After a few minutes with it, he stops shaking, lays his head down, and relaxes. I LOVE this product.
