Pet Adobe 19.25-in Polyester Cat Scratching Post with Toys

I wanted to love this. Was very excited for my kitten to finally have a cat scratcher instead of using my couches, but upon arrival and assembly, the two poles (not the brown one) had little pieces sticking out the sides and I was stuck several times trying to put it together. Felt like splinters going into my fingers every time I touched it. I don’t feel comfortable having my kitten using this. I should have looked at material prior to purchase. It’s a very nice looking product overall, just didn’t like how it and stuck my skin trying to put together. But everyone else seems to have great luck with it, so maybe I got a faulty product.

Scratch posts x3 equals frustration 0!

Our cat just loves sisal rope, not carpet, to sharpen her claws and "vent"! I knew when I saw this item that it would be used a lot. In addition, it's the right height for her to jump up to our windowsill and watch outside. The construction is very solid and easy to assemble with the screw/wrench provided.

All-Around Fun

This is very well made but not quite right for larger cats. It is too short for them to use the scratching posts but they like the platform on top. Has toys, scratchers and a platform; everything a cat enjoys. I would recommend this product for smaller cats.

IT'S A HIT!

Our cats love to run down the hallway and then scratch on the side of the couch. So we always keep a scratcher there to redirect them. They absolutely love having something to both scratch and jump up on! I love that it's small, saves our couch, and doesn't make a mess like cardboard.

Perfect scratching post

Once I assembled it my cat took immediate interest and started playing with the toys. When my cat gets hyper he likes to scratch on it.

Bought this for my 3 four month old foster kittens and they LOVE it. It looks pretty decent too in my living room. Very sturdy - has not threatened to tip over even with all 3 cats playing with it. The only downside is that 2 of 3 the dangling toys are very hard balls attached with stretchy strings. One of my kittens got bopped in the nose really hard almost immediately. I cut the balls off and replaced with some catnip mice (just tied them to the string), and now it’s perfect. Would be 5/5 if all 3 toys were the same as the 1 mouse that is included.

Both cats love this

I have 2 cats in the third year. They take turns with one on top and one on the floor batting at each other. The first day was spent intriguing with balls hitting them up to the cat on top and then down again to the cat on the floor. The second day they batted both balls and the mice. They spend hours each day seated at the top and looking out the window. Hardly a day goes by when they dont sharpen their claws on the post. We have 3 cat scratchers and this is as big a hit as the other two.

Loved this item. Well made and the cats are loving it. They are on it all the time. Highly recommend.

Great toy to occupy their rowdiness

At first they liked the box over the Pet Adobe, now they like them both!! Ha ha!

Won’t last

Good idea but not well made. Bought this for my 4 month old kitten. She tore it apart in 2 weeks. No more hanging toys and carpet shredding. She has lost all interest in it now
