Very poorly made dog blanket
I would not recommend this blanket. Very poorly made & definitely not worth $30!! This surprises me coming from Chewy! I have always been very pleased with everything I have received from there. The threads started unraveling after the first wash. Thin blanket & seams don't even come together right. I would like to get my money back but it's already been used & washed 2 times.
Serves my purpose well
I have a golden retriever that loves to sleep with me. This certainly helps protect my white bedspread and Charlie seems to love it. I also washes well.
Great dog blanket
Blanket is super soft and my dog loves it. I ordered the gray one and it is really blue-ish gray, which is perfect for our couch. Have not washed it yet.
Not worth the $$$
This should not be a Chewy offering! The blanket is poorly constructed, sheds "fuzzy" lining, doesn't seem to be squared or true. I haven't had a chance to test it's "waterproof" claim, but I'm suspicious!
actually waterproof!
We got this for our elderly kitty who had taken to peeing on our bed... this seemed like the perfect solution since she usually targeted blankets specifically! This is waterproof, as advertised! On the top (color) side, the pee just pools up and slides right off. If it sits for a bit, it will settle into the fabric, but you can still wipe most of it off with a paper towel. It NEVER soaks through! The sherpa side is absorbent, perfect for situations where the pooling/beading up of the other side might spill off and make a mess. Again, it never soaks through to the other side. Washes like a dream.

I bought this for my 16 year old mini poodle who has had a few accidents in the bed. I was hesitant but, decided to try it out instead of washing sheets, comforter and mattress waterproof pad. I got the blanket and took it outside and hung it over my porch banister and put it to the test with a full Tupperware pitcher full of water. It absolutely did the job! Only thing is if you lift the blanket up without picking up all four corners to keep the fluid in the middle of the blanket it will leak right out of the corners. I have only left maybe 3 reviews for things and felt this one deserved a great review for those looking for something to help you ageing fur babies with accidents. I will be purchasing a second one to have on hand.
Saved our Bed and Sofaa!
Love these blankets. They are minky soft on one side, with cotton soft faux shearling on the other side. Waterproof inner layer. Kept the bed dry and the sofa dry when my 13 y/o Westie pees in her sleep. Plus, they are super soft if you find yourself needing a throw to take the chill off watching movies. Cute paw print on the corner. Colors are accurate to online.

This waterproof blanket is perfection! I bought it to keep the dogs’ bed washings to a minimum - but it has also kept my cats’ hair balls/barf from messing the bed. I’m here to buy another one for our second dog bed.
Dog blanket
So far the dog (and the cats) love this blanket. It’s comfortable, looks nice and protects our couch from hair, drool, and whatever else our pup brings into the house.
Hard to believe this is waterproof
Very cozy soft blanket. Hard to believe this is waterproof. To be honest, its waterproof nature hasn't been tested by our older dog yet (thankfully) but she enjoys laying on it and it gives me peace of mind in case she has an accident.
