What is the height of the handle
Answer by ChewyOct 23, 2017
The height to the top of the handle is 40 inches.

Can you please provide instructions on how to properly collapse the stroller? The included manual does not contain instructions on how to fold it down to the smallest size. The product video does not have enough information either. Thank you.
Answer by ChewyJan 09, 2018
For ease in folding the stroller, unlock latch, open the canopy, and unwrap the Velcro flaps from around tube on both sides of the stroller. Pull upward to unclip the compartment from the frame. Pull upward on the compartment. At this point, please make sure that latch is unlocked, the canopy is open, and the 2 Velcro flaps from around tubes on both sides of the stroller are unwrapped.Slide frame lock release to the right, while squeezing the main frame lock release rotate the folding mechanism almost 180 degrees forward until stroller releases and handle is lowered.

I’ve read some of the reviews and now I’m confused as to whether my 30 lb. shih tzu will be able to ride comfortably in this stroller.
Answer by ChewyJun 26, 2019
This stroller is built to hold a pet up to 35 pounds. With pets carrying their weight differently, we recommend measuring your pets length to determine if they will fit within the compartment which measures 25 x 12 x 21 inches (length x width x height).

How much does it weigh?
Answer by ChewyApr 06, 2021
This stroller weighs 14 pounds.

Great Stroller

My cat loves going out in this stroller! It's easy to maneuver. The canopy is easy to fold down and latch to keep your pet safely inside; there is also a place to attach a leash. The stroller has lots of mesh windows to let in air and allow for a nearly 360-degree view. On the top of the canopy is a mesh window, so you can keep an eye on your pet (my cat just sits or reclines calmly). You can buy a pillow to fit inside the stroller, but I found that a bed pillow fits just right. The stroller has a roomy basket underneath and a (alas, too) shallow cupholder between the handlebars. The stroller is easy to fold and to re-open. The brakes, which are operated by foot, are easy to engage and unlock. I chose this stroller for two reasons: Firstly, it can hold up to 35 lbs of pet, as opposed to 22-25 lbs for other strollers. Someday, I might want to put two cats in it, and two could easily come close to or exceed 22 lbs. Secondly, the canopy has a latch, not a zipper. My cat has long hair, so I feared some of her hair might get caught as I worked a zipper. This stroller has worked out very well for my cat and for me. I enjoy taking her out in it almost as much as she enjoys the ride.

Very cheap!!

Do not buy this stroller, it will be a waste of your time and money. It is exceptionally cheaply made and can't even carry a small pug around. The right front wheel constantly sticks and will not turn, the frame lowers on one end when my pug is laying in it... it's just absolutely terrible. I'm now on the hunt for one that might actually last.

Brought our dog's vitality back

We have a 19 lb senior terrier mix who was stuck at home not going on walks for a few weeks due to a foot injury. She was getting depressed. Despite my embarrassment at the idea of being a dog stroller owner, I love this ridiculous dog and so I wanted to get an affordable stroller to be able to get her out into the world more. This one is perfect and definitely made her happier and helped her heal faster. It's a great value, it rolls well, it's easy to push, it has nice features for the human like cup holders and a storage basket, and the sun shade is easy to operate. The location of the mesh windows is also great for our dog because she can still see out if she lies down. I wish the handle was slightly longer/taller because I do sometimes end up kicking the stroller with my feet when I'm walking fast, but this is manageable. I considered buying the "Lite" version of this stroller for dogs up to 25lbs but I'm glad I went with this version. Although our dog is only 17 lbs at her ideal weight, she is kind of long and sausage shaped, and when she is lying down she really uses the full space available in this stroller.

Garbage, not for cats!!!!!

Had my cat in it, ready to go out the door, when next thing I know, he has his head out and is trying ro climb out! Where the top canopy meets the seat isnt secure AT ALL. Huge gaps that a small dog or a cat can escape from. Im glad it happened inside and not when we were outside.

Buy it, your pet with thank you!!!

I bought this for my cat and he loves it! Normally, I take him out on a leash, but lately I've been more nervous about him not feeling secure and worry about unleashed dogs. In this stroller he is secure and safe. I still put his harness on and then use the attachment in the stroller. When I put him in the stroller to go out, he immediately starts purring. For the first few weeks, he slept in the stroller and napped in it all day. He literally would not come out of it! Highly recommend!!

Enough room for my 'fluffy' boy

I have a 25# indoor cat who enjoys outside walks. This stroller has enough room for my guy to fully lay down. I like the ease of getting him in/out and the secure latch. Much better than the standard zippers on previous strollers! The only negative is collapsing...I had to read the directions a few times to fully understand.

Worth every cent, and more

I purchased this stroller about 4 years ago for my dog who was growing lame with a degenerative spine illness. The stroller enabled him to live and enjoy the outdoors with me for about 2 years longer than he might have. We would go on long walks (I'd let him out to pee/poop) but he stood ready to be let back on board again. We'd tour the neighborhood and investigate lots of smells. At a "higher" level than his little legs would go, he would be prime for lots of pets from neighbors. He LOVED this stroller. (And I loved that it had cup holders so I could take my coffee to the park!) It was easy to maintain, held up to lots of use, and was easily folded up to put in the car for travel. It was certainly worth the money I spent. My dog died and I got another dog (a year later) and the new one is VERY shy and scared of people (and dogs). So I use the stroller (lid closed) when I go into very populated areas or have to stop and talk with folks. She feels safe and secure in the stroller, and I can feel secure knowing that I won't encounter any "dog drama" on our walks. I'm so glad that the stroller has done "double duty" for both of my dogs. I actually bought another stroller (same one) as a "loaner" to neighbors in my community who need assistance with older, shyer, or post-surgical dogs (or cats). I'm the Chair of our neighborhood "Dog Interest Group" (DIG) and we have about 50 dogs in the group, so we have lots of use for the stroller. Our lending program started out with the stroller, and we have grown to offer many other durable products, so I want to thank Chewy for offering durable, sensible, helpful things to our four-legged family members.

My cats love it

I put my 2 housecats in this and they LOVE it. My one cat loves to sleep in it even. Its well made and holds sturdy for me when I was wheeling it on more rocky and dirt terrain. At first I was skeptical about it especially with my one cat who is doesn't like to be picked up at all. But she was the first of my cats to actually sleep in this thing. I first gave her about 2 weeks of just sitting in it and not moving it at all until she got used to it and then one day I decided to pick up my other cat and put her in with her sister and closed the hatch. At first they were definitely a bit nervous so I only kept their walk to only half way up the block and back and then I bought them back home and let them out and then the next time when I had time and my one cat jumped it again, I put her sister in again with her and I closed the hatch and decided to take them for a longer walk. And this last past weekend, I did the same thing and went for a longer walk with them. I think they were very happy to be outside and be able to look around and see what the feral cats see outside. Also, putting a little bit of cat nip in it at first helped as well.

Great dog stroller

Just got my stroller today. It was so easy to assemble, it took me 5 minutes, no tools required. I immediately took my 13 lb. Yorkie on a stroll and she loved it! I added her favorite pillow and she quickly felt comfortable enough to fall asleep. It’s very well made , the wheels are sturdy and worked very well on grass, sand , and pavers. I’m 5 ft. 4 inches and it was a perfect height. I only gave it 4 stars because the cup holders are so shallow that my bottle of water kept falling over, and because twice while walking I kicked the rear tire brake and came to a screeching halt. Overall I’m very pleased and would buy again, it just needs some design adjustments on future models.

Puppy stroller

I Love this stroller. I am the last person I would have thought would get this but I felt it would be good for our rescue dog who had not been allowed out of his crate indoors for the 1st 6 months of his life. But this is a great way to get him used to the outdoors safely. He can have blankets in with him and he is securely connected with a tether in the carrier. And when he feels too overwhelmed I can close the top but he can still see out. The wheels are fantastic and let the stroll move well - even into the grassy areas. It is made well and should last a long time. Collapsing it has not been a priority which is good because on the first try we could not get it to collapse. It has to be operator error as this stroller is very well made.
