Questions & Answers

25 Customer Questions

I'm not quite sure how to work the tether. Also, is the 'elevated paw rest' the frame?
Answer by ChewySep 26, 2018
There is a single interior tether that can latch to your pets collar or harness. The elevated paw rest is the middle frame where the front zips open. When the top is open, your pet can sit up and rest there paws on the edge of the basket.

What are the folded deminsions and it is difficult to fold?
Answer by ChewySep 26, 2018
The folded dimensions are 36 inches long by 22 inches wide by 17 inches tall. Folding this stroller is a simple two-step process. First, unlatch and open the canopy and then release the frame lock to fold the stroller.

What is the weight of the stroller?
Answer by ChewyJan 28, 2022
This stroller weighs 27 pounds.

Does the back of the stroller open?
Answer by ChewySep 19, 2017
The back of the stroller does not open.

Great for all-terrain

My paralyzed dog loves it! I live near lots of hiking trails and this has been great for on those trails or just around town. It handles small rocks in path, roots, and grass with no problem. It’s smooth, easy to push, has a foot break and basket for storage underneath. The only thing I didn’t like was the cupholder, so I replaced it with a better one from my old baby stroller (baby jogger parent console) so now the stroller is perfect!

Front wheel issues

The stroller is certainly made and very roomy. It is heavy to put in the back of my SUV. If it were not for the front wheel issues I would be pleased. If you are wanting a jogging stroller I would not get this one. The front wheel shimmies and locks up frequently. Occasionally I’ll do it when you’re walking but mainly if you’re trying to jog. I have to pop it up on its back wheels and try to steer with it that way while I jog. I had a four wheel stroller and switch to the three wheel for the jogging reasons so I’m pretty disappointed.

Great stroller but...

Love the stroller for my mini-dachshund and he is getting to love it also. Very stable ride for him. However, the hook on the harness attached to the stroller broke when my dog, who weighs 11 pounds, tried to jump out to see another dog he knows. I did not have the hood down. When I looked at it, it appears to be plastic. I had another one that is more durable that I attached. I would suggest anyone to change the hook before using unless you always put the hood down.

Great stroller!

This stroller, though expensive, is really well made. It is rather large, but we needed it to hold two cats, one of them pretty big. Pippa is an escape artist with screens and Rugby is strong enough to move zippers, but not on this stroller. It is pretty bulky when folded, but we will find storage space somewhere. Both cats took to riding in it right away and one of the cats sleeps in it with an extra pillow.

Great wheels!

After much shopping (and returning) from other sites, I finally hit the nail on the head with this stroller. Construction is very sturdy, GREAT wheels...not cheap plastic that will break in a month! Folds quite easily. We (dog included) are very pleased. Heads up: pay close attention to the size. It is rated to hold up to 75 lbs but the carriage interior is small. My dog is a small 25lb terrier mix and fits just perfectly. It is NOT sized for large dogs

Pros and Cons 3 Weeks Later

After considerable reviews I purchased the Pet Grear Jogger No-Zip Pet Stroller. First the pros: Easy to control the steering, Light enough to push it with one hand. Plenty of storage. Cons: Front paw rest is not viable for my dog. I have to tether him in, he got so far forward he fell out of the front of the stroller and landed on his one front paw being a tripod. The tether loosens and I have to retighten it periodically. The claw clasp on the tether could have been a bit bigger. The tray can hold a cup but certainly not a water bottle. I use a flashlight at night and there isn’t a good place to place it while I walk. I end up holding it. All in all I love it! i am able to walk much further daily and my dog wags his tail the entire time we walk! He absolutely loves the. Stroller.

Perfect! We love it!

Great stroller. Smooth, maneuverable, folds to a manageable size.I compared a lot of strollers and even sent a different model back. This one is a keeper.

Great Stroller

This is my first pet stroller ever. It rides great on pavement, easy to push and turn. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is the cup holders. They’re useless for holding a water bottle of any kind. Way too shall, but they work as a key holder or for poop bags! Comfy for my Puppers and lots of mesh for great airflow. Easy close and open feature with no zippers

Love this !!

The only issue I’m having with this stroller is getting the pin moved to allow the front wheel to turn. It’s very tight, and I may need to use a tool. Assembly was really easy.

Sturdy, well-made stroller

This stroller has a taller handle than most (especially in the middle), which is good for my shoulder and elbow soreness. It seems sturdy and rides smoothly with the larger tires. Plenty of room for my 15 pound, older dog with medical conditions. I don't need to close the screen and there is an elastic band that will hold it up out of the way even with the shade cover over the top. I agree with other reviewers that the cup holders are short - I was able to rig up a holder to keep my cellphone from falling out using a face mask plastic support connected through the drain hole of one of the cup holders. I can carry a small water bottle on its side in the center holder. Everything else can be tossed in the basket underneath or in the back end of the stroller (my dog sits closer to the front of the stroller). Great customer service from Chewy to provide some discount when the price increased from when I put the stroller in the cart to when I went to purchase it.
