Solved my carrier problem
I dread taking my 12 year old 16 pound cat out of the house because getting him into a traditional carrier is always a huge ordeal. There was an unforeseen shipping delay that resulted in a beat up product box being dropped at my door just an hour before our vet visit. Despite this, I was able to get my guy into the carrier in record time and with absolutely no struggle. Everyone at the vet commented on how awesome the carrier is and it was definitely worth the purchase based on our first outing. The only cons are that the carrier is already pretty hefty so putting another 16 lbs of precious cargo inside was a bit of a struggle for me to carry. Also, my maine coon loves chewing this type of mesh as you can see in the pic so im not sure how much longevity i will get from it. Overall im pretty impressed and can happily recommend.
Can't rave enough about this
My cat HATES carriers and has always resisted being put in one. I'm talking legs splayed, pushing against the entryway. With this, I open it up and pop him in. I wrapped him in a towel at first but he just goes in even without it. Then I strap him in the car and cover it with a towel. He still hates the car, but it's so much less stressful for both of us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Sturdy
Big enough for my two cats to ride on a long trip in a U-Haul. I put a small blanket on the bottom. I used the metal frame and strapped them in. Breathable and kept them safe while I moved. I love the handle on top to bring them inside stops with me.
The GOAT
This is the best carrier/crib/carseat/bassinet. Production quality is great and my kitten immediately fell asleep in it. The pleather handle feels great in the hand and the buttons, latches and closures all seem thoughtfully designed. We haven't tested out the carseat attachment yet but if it's anything like the carrier itself I'll be happy. Get this carrier!!
Convenient and pretty good
This carrier gave my puppy a lot more freedom to sit up and be comfortable in the car, as opposed to the standard airline style carriers. It also keeps her well contained when needed or gives us the ability to have the top option and work as a booster seat when someone is in the back with her. The seatbelt clips are in a good position and helps keep it out of her sight and thus out of her mouth.
Small but works great!
I have a 15 pound yorkie (so on the bigger side) he fits very well, but I wouldn't use it on any dog larger than that. I am trying to train him not to scratch at the mesh when he cries to get out - as Im afraid he'll rip it. But so far its held up. Its nice and sturdy. I did put a blanket underneath the carrier as it does leave indents on a leather seat.
Grab n' Go with your Fur Baby
This is a great travel system for a dog or a cat. Very secure with the seatbelt. Unlatches easily for removal from the base. It is great for the pet to be able to see, receive so much air, and yet be securely attached to the seat. I would like to get one the next size up for my medium size dog.
A WONDERFUL PRODUCT!
I am so pleased with this carrier. My cat thought it was a cat bed and I was able to trick him into by throwing a few treats in it, he jumped right in. I had to cancel two vet appointments due to not being able to get him into a carrier, but this one did the trick and I am so grateful that he did just fine in it. All four of my cats like to jump in it and hang out for a while. It is very sturdy and secure, a little heavy (for me), but all in all totally worth the money.
Travel in style
These booster travel carriers are the best. They are well made and minimal assembly. My dogs have outgrown their "crates" and these fit perfectly in the back seat and secure with the seat belts. I love the fact the canopy folds down and locks. So much easier to handle. They are relatively light weight and look great too. A product worth investing in.
Exactly what we needed
Our rescue dog is not leash trained (yet) and I was concerned in how to transport her in and out of vet/groomer. My only safe option was the crate and it is heavy and cumbersome. This carrier is perfect! I can place my dog in it while in the house and then safely carrier to the car. I love how the carrier has a base that is secured by a seat belt. She can see through the mesh sides and even looks to see where we are going. It's much easier to carry than a crate. We haven't needed to go to a store yet, but I'm confident we could easily take her with us if we needed to. When she becomes more leash trained, we will start tethering her to the harness in the carrier and may even be able to ride in the car with the top open. Will try to attach pictures, but it's hard to see a black dog in a black carrier.
