Just gently massage into paws and go play!
We adopted our pit bull mix a month ago and immediately noticed how dry and cracked her paws were. I picked up this stuff and we saw a major improvement in 3 uses. We haven’t used it since on her and her paws still look great! I will say this stuff smells sooo good. She does struggle not licking her paws after we apply and she did take a small chunk out of it when I had my back turned. I wonder if this didn’t have a sweet vanilla scent if it would be less appealing for them to eat. Wish I had a before photo but attaching an after to show what her paws look like today!
I love this. It smells amazing. The ingredients are legit. And easy to use Spread easily and even if licked by dogs nothing to worry about. It's literally the best paw cream ever. #chewyteamrated
Wow! We have only used this once and I already notice a difference in our puppy’s paws. They were so dry and rough and within one use, they already feel a bit smoother. This absorbed quickly, too, which was great for our active pup! As an added bonus, it smells really good! I’ve already added it to an auto ship order. I would 100% recommend this product.
The website says is safe if the lick it but my dog did just a few times and got sick. The package says "do not consume'". There is nothing in the package saying that is safe if they lick it... ???? Still waiting for a manager response to my emails.
It does my big dogs paws wonders. Stuff smells good and moisturizes so good. The only downside is he licks it
My little dog Luna (2yr old, 15lb Kokoni) absolutely HATES having her paws touched/played with but when I bring this stuff out she will let me play with her paws forever as long as I’m using this stuff!! Plus side- IT SMELLS AMAZING and works SO well!! Her paws get so dry especially her back paws and I’m so happy to have found something she loves!
I bought this to moisturize my girls paws after she has played on concrete or walked on concrete a lot and her paws get rough. I’ve only used it once so far. The consistency of it is like a regular balm of this type. When you rub your fingers around, it melts in your hand and makes it easy to apply. I put it on her paws and her nose and it made them look moisturized immediately. The next day her paw pads were soft and nice. This balm smells so DELICIOUS I could eat it, you know what that means? My girl also wants to eat it. As soon as I applied this on her paws she went straight to licking it because it smelled so good. I had to tell her to stop licking them, she listened but if you have a stubborn dog who loves sweet smells, you might have a hard time getting them to stop licking it. This is quite the temptation for any dog. I thought about returning it but since my girl listened to me I’m just gonna keep it and tell her not to lick. Btw it smells like chocolate coco butter if anyone wanted to know.
I read the reviews, so I knew my girl would want to lick. I agree, it smells amazing! I love that it’s made in the USA, and that it’s safe for her to lick up a little. After I rub it into each paw she gets to taste my finger, and then sits still for the next one. And after ONE APPLICATION I could feel and see a HUGE difference in her paws. They’ve been dry and cracked most of the winter but she won’t keep booties on. I had heard mushers secret was making a lot of dogs sick if they licked it, so I wanted to try something safe and natural. Would highly highly recommend! Distracting them afterwards is also a good idea so when they inevitably remember it’s there and go to lick, most is soaked in.
This stuff is easy to apply and smells like vanilla sugar; bonus! My dog didn't lick it off like I read in other reviews. It's part of our nail spa day, lol. I trimmed her nails then applied this to her pads. Just a reminder to wash their pads first before applying.
Smells like pumpkin, but really really strong, and it is not specified in the description:(, I wouldn’t had buy it if I knew this. I couldn’t use it because the smell make my nauseous (it happens to me with pumpkin, if you like pumpkin this may be nice). Is like going to bath and body work on thanksgiving season.
