Terrible fit

I was so disappointed with this shirt for my dog. I have a dog that has environmental allergies. He will scratch until all of his hair comes off. In the winter he wears a coat made like the ones our horses wear but it is too heavy in the Summer. So I have been looking for something to wear during the hot months. I truly wanted this to work. The fit is terrible. He is 69 lbs and shorter than a Doberman. I bought an XL. It does not fit as pictured. He has worn it so I cannot return it.
