Beautiful but useless

The material and the craftsmanship are excellent. Unfortunately, the design Is terrible: It does not stay in place. I like the way it looks on my dog; if only it would remain on its chest. After a few steps the frontal piece begins to fall, and I have to readjust it contantly.
