Does this fit a 40 pound dog again no size cart?

We suggest measuring your pet to find the most accurate size. For the length, measure length of pet’s back from the base of neck to the base of the tail. For the neck, measure the circumference of pet's neck for a snug fit as you would with a collar and for the chest, measure girth around the broadest part of the chest. No need to add additional inches. If your pet measures between two sizes, we advise ordering the larger of the two.

Does the rain coat cover the dog's entire belly?

Great Raincoats
They are a little tight for my beagle and dachshund but I know they will stretch a little after a few wearings
Nice jacket but not what I was looking for
It’s a great jacket and the quality is good. Nice and bright. However it is “fleece lined” which I couldn’t originally tell from the pictures, and I wanted something lighter. Cute jacket otherwise.
Almost perfect
The raincoat is beautiful and the XS fits my 7 lb Chihuahua perfectly. It has adjustable drawstrings on the hood, sleeves, and bottom, which ensures a nice fit. The green color is pretty too. My only complaint is that there is No slit/ opening for the leash! I don't know if it was just an error on this one raincoat, or if all of the XS green ones are like this.
