    disappointed

    By on

These are very sharp but the blade is so thin that it doesn’t cut to much. The comb section is also so fine that is catches the hair instead of allowing it to fall to the floor resulting in multiple breaks to unclog the teeth. But for basic maintenance it will do the trick.

Great for thinning and easy trimming

    By on

Maine Coon Cats need trimming and sometimes have mates, these are key for those needs. They are easy to use, trim great and won't cut the skin really if it gets in the way. Just a great all around grooming tool to have with any pet!

    Not for goldendoodles.

    By on

I didn't expect that these thinners would be amazing, for the price, and they aren't. Because our Goldendoodle has a very curly, thick coat they often pull if I hit a dense patch. These would probably work much better on a pet with a smooth coat. Should have chosen a higher-priced version with sharper blades.

    All blended in!

Comfortable in hand and great to blend in any clipped/nonclipped areas on certain breeds.

    Did not cut

    By on

Unfortunately I was very disappointed in these scissors. They really wouldn’t cut through any of my dogs hair and seemed to just pull the hair.

    These are great!

    By on

I ordered these because my boys fur behind their ears was awful. They are great for people who aren’t professional groomers. I used them to trim the fur behind their ears and paws. Definitely recommend

    Disappointed

    By on

On first use, these scissors seem dull on my Cavalier's paw fur. It takes quite a lot of scissoring to get through the cut. However once finished, the cut looks nicer than a straight pair of scissors. Mostly because it is more choppy and less noticeable as having just been trimmed. I'll keep them for that reason, but don't know how long they'll last since they already don't cut well on first use.
