    Thermal Self-Heating Cat Bed

    By on

Never mind what I think - what do my cats think?? Apparently they are not any more impressed with these pads than if they were just a normal pad. They do not show much interest in them. I have 15 cats so a lot of cat opinions came into play here and no one really seems interested in them. They do slip easily. Sorry, not the recommendation you wanted but then I am not a cat.

Launders Well Over and Over Again; Great For Our Cold House

    By on

We have bought 3 of these 2 packs in the larger size. The first was purchased about a year and a half ago and looks just as good as the others. They are all washed together according to directions. Our elderly cats, now passed away, really loved them year-round, especially the one with advanced arthritis. Our old house is pretty darned cold in the winter and the self-heating blanket keeps them happy. They also protect the couches well. The smaller pad fits perfectly in your standard 1 cat sized cat cage. There is some bumpy texturing underneath the mats that keeps them from sliding off the couch as much, or moving around like a towel would in a cage. Cats Love Them

    By on

The cats are 16 (15 lbs) and 17 (5.9 lbs). They get a little cool when I turn down the heat while at work. I thought each one would use the appropriate size for their weight. WRONG. The little one claimed the larger mat. It works out, though, when I come in at night they are sleeping together. They sleep on my bed, so the only problem I have is that the backing slips on the bedspread fabric. So far, no injuries, so I am happy with them. Thanks for a great product.

    Great Choice

    By on

I put them in my dogs crate. I keep my room cool but these mats on top of their blankets seem to keep them comfortable. The larger ones fit perfectly in my dogs size large crate. The smaller ones I put in my cats bed. They seem to like them.

    Heating pads

    By on

Not satisfied at all with this product. We have one smaller cat, and a medium cat. Both tried the mat but neither were impressed with it. Still trying to get them to use them. And to be honest, I truly do not thing much heat is exuded when they are on them.

    My cats love it

    By on

From the second I put them down my cats were all over them. The self heating must really work because they use it every day. Came with a small one and a big one which was nice.

    Old kitty loves it.

My 14 yo cat must stay in garage due to random in continents so this pad returns good warmth to his old bones, when the heater is not on.

    Barn cats love it!

    By on

I bought this to put in the crates for my barn cats to help keep them warm. They love it and it seems to help keep them warm without the worry of electricity and cords.

    To Each Their Own

    By on

Samson does not seem interested at all in the large mat. This was a surprise to me. I have hardwood floors and we live in a drafty apartment. We also live in the Midwest and during those cold days this week he basically slept in his bed. I hid the smaller pad there underneath his blanket.

    Perfect for outdoor cats

    By on

I have several outdoor cats that sleep in the 12x16 shed. There are several beds & small houses for them to sleep in. I put these self heating mats inside the little houses & the cats love them. I put a carpet remnant under it for more insulation & threw a fluffy baby blanket in for them to curl up with. I don't have to worry about the cats being so cold now. There is a heat lamp in the shed to help keep the shed warmer. The cats are all snug in their houses now loving their self heating beds. (Y)
