  • Great for older cats

    By on

I give two every evening to my 15 year old cat. I have given them to her for a couple of years. They definitely help her get around better. The other ones don't work. Having arthrtis myself I feel her pain and will do anything to help her.

The customer service rep was nice, fast and knowledgeable. The product for Stormy's arthritis is priced great, she actually likes to eat it - and she is moving around better in less than a week. Fantastic in every way!

  • Relief for Cat

    By on

These really seem to help our older cat. He ate them the first time we offered and he seemed to be more settled which I took to show that he was in less discomfort. Next time we offered the treat he wouldn't eat them but he had just eaten his dinner. We found that if we offer these before he eats dinner he will eat them gladly and they do help him. They are a little large but they are chewy.

  • So glad I bought these

    By on

What a great help these have been to my sweet kittie. Greycee was limping and although a visit to the Vet and a treatment with anti inflammatories helped, I wanted to give her something for on going support and relief. The joint chews are doing the trick! She is back to her old self and having no trouble jumping as she used to and the limp is gone! I also give them to her brother who is her litter mate to give him support for his joints too.

  • Picky eater

    By on

My cat is an extremely picky eater. She won't touch this. But I broke it up, added some hot water and mixed it w her wet food. She eats it, no problem. I'm not sure if she's feeling any better yet. We'll have to wait and see.

  • Kitty LOVES these and they've really helped

My (almost) 19-year-old cat was on Cosequin for a few years and never had an issue with it. A few months ago, kitty developed a series of health-related issues, and our vet suggested that we suspend the Cosequin until kitty's health improved. By the time kitty was herself again (albeit on a variety of new meds), she had zero interest in eating any food that had Cosequin in it. This, of course, was completely frustrating, as Cosequin was an important part of kitty's ability to walk and ambulate with less pain. Not knowing what to do, I Googled "Cosequin alternative" and was incredibly fortunate to find the Pet Naturals. From Day 1, kitty has INHALED these and seems almost disappointed that My (almost) 19-year-old cat was on Cosequin for a few years and never had an issue with it. From Day 1, kitty has INHALED these and seems almost disappointed that I don't give her more. I think they've done a good job replacing the Cosequin. I will say, as others have noted, that these aren't quite "chews" as they're hard and should be broken into smaller pieces. Also, I think I read online that starting out, you could double up the dosage (servings?) to build up in your cat's system, but I didn't feel comfortable doing that. In the end, as long as kitty keeps inhaling these I'm going to keep buying them. … more
