    Thistle for diabetic cat

By Faune on Apr 26, 2021

Honestly, I can not say how it is working because my cat, Puddinhead, was diagnosed with diabetes and just started insulin the other day. I saw this on the Pet Wellbeing site and as it was grouped with the Blood Sugar remedy so I bought it. I want him to get better so anything that helps I will use. We now have many Pet Wellbeing remedies because they are good products. I gave it 4 stars only because i do not know if it will make a difference I can see but altogether I hope and think they will help him.

    This truly helped

By BooBear on Feb 13, 2021

I have a senior cat that was recently diagnosed with liver disease. She hadn't been eating much, and drinking water more than normal and losing weight so quickly (lost almost 2 pounds in 2 months). After a vet exam and testing, we discovered she had liver disease. Her coat was getting so oily as she had stopped grooming and could not tolerate me using a pet wipe on her or being brushed. We were preparing to say goodbye. I bought this as a last ditch effort, and within days we noticed an improvement. I started by giving her a couple of drops in tuna (human variety), and she scarfed that down. I then started mixing the tuna with canned cat food also adding drops to it. Now she's strictly back I have a senior cat that was recently diagnosed with liver disease. It's been 2 weeks since receiving it and she's eating well (but still refusing dry food), and has gained some weight back. Although I cannot give her the drops directly, I have added it to her food. She's eating again, drinking a normal amount of water, she's grooming & her coat is soft and shiny again, and her personality is coming back. Her jaundice is also fading away, and I am seeing pink again in her ears. We have not yet brought her back in for more blood work, and will probably wait another month or so. Here's hoping this can give us more time with our sweet girl. … more

Thankful for a dose for cats

By Supplement on Jan 19, 2021

So thankful to find this low dosage for cats and dogs. My 16 year old kitty really needs it. I just wish it came with a syringe marked for drops. Luckily I found one elsewhere

    Worked for us!

By Pagal on Jul 28, 2020

My 13 year old cat was starting to have issues with his liver. Not life threatening yet, but not good either. One drop a day and he seems to be feeling much better. He’s pleased and so am I.

    So far pretty good

By Catlover on Feb 19, 2020

I think my cat was surprised by the taste. My only complaint is that since I put it directly in her cheek, I am trying to find a disposable dropper to use. Tried the dropper it comes with and although it worked well, I put it back into the bottle and I think that might not have been a good idea due to germs, I wouldn’t dare put it in her food because if she doesn’t like it, she will never eat that food again.

This was the only supplement/medicine that my cat will take

By Jacksmom on Jan 10, 2020

My six-year-old cat started having poor liver counts this summer. Through my vet, we tried various medications, such as Denamarin, but my sweet cat would not take the pills with a piller! (I was devastated--I've owned cats over the past forty years, and I've never had a cat before this one that I couldn't use a piller with!) Anything that we tried mixing in with his food didn't work, either--he would take one sniff, then walk away. So, thanks so much to all you Chewy customers, because I learned about Milk Thistle in your reviews. I did some research on it, then discussed with my vet, so we decided to try it. I started with one drop in his food the first day, then kept increasing until My six-year-old cat started having poor liver counts this summer. Maybe this works but my ailing cat couldn't get past the horrible taste. A lot of money wasted.
