Absolutely horrible. Wish I could return it. The video shows it moving on its own and it does not. Not only dose the cleaning portion not move on it own, but it also is hard to use manually. I’ve completely taken the attachment off and bought a scoop. Terrible. Would not recommend.

Have had less then a year. Handle broke and rake never stayed in place. Ordered a rolling litter box to replace as we already had one and it's easier to use.

I opened the box took everything out and could not figure out how to work the thing. That's when I realized the handle was completely missing. I called they sent another one and two weeks later the handle broke again. I called and got a refund, this is a horrible product. It does not scoop well and you have to use two hands to work it. Do not waste your time or money.

I have 2 cats but only one of them would use it. The first time I tried to clean it the handle broke to the rake and became unusable basically, I had to hand clean it before throwing it out, which was what I bought it not to do.

Had litter box two weeks and handle broke. I would not buy this product.

I opened the package and set up the litter box. I tried to test it out to make sure I knew how it worked, and almost immediately the handle broke.

This is a great product for those of us who cannot afford an automatic litter box. I just acquired a third cat (a stray who was freezing and hungry) and was having trouble keeping up with the three cats! This product solved the problem. The litter box is easy to use and works very much like the far more expensive automatic boxes. I did try the crystal litter in it and it did not work as well as clump, if you decide to try one. P.S.: Boots gets to stay with me!

It was really difficult using this little box. It does not work easy as described, it’s very difficult when you have to clean and pull the handle. The left side of the handle get stuck and won’t move/ You still have to use the scooper.

Not happy with this item. It's not easy to use. When pulling scoop it comes apart from base which just makes a bigger mess. I don't even use the scoop. Just doing it manually. Would not recommed.

It works more like a regular box. The scooper doesn’t reach the sides nor the back of the box. The scoop doesn’t reach the front of the box. It holds little in the compartment and the bag is huge. Hard to get bag out. It’s just like using a scooper. I have 3 cats and unless I clean it out every time it’s used it’s hard to push. I have 3 regular boxes so it’s not like they only have the one to use.
