All orphan kittens should be on this

    By on

My recent batch of orphan foster kittens had not great poo. (Don't they all?) Not terrible, but not great. After a week on this stuff, everyone has fantastic poop! They also have had URIs and battling ringworm and I bet that if I'd started them on this right away they'd have healthier guts thus better health overall. EVERY fur friend that comes through my house will get this stuff now. I take a probiotic; so should they!

Bene-Bac is good to have on hand

    By on Top 250 Contributor

Great for foster kittens and our adult cats too. For kittens, can be added to the bottle for tiny babies, or mixed in canned food once weaned. I give to my adult cats once a week. Very easy to give by adding to their canned food breakfast.

    Really works for mine

    By on

This works when nothing else does to stop stomach upset. Use every day; the syringe is excellent at onset if stomach upset occurs.

    No more loose stools!

    By on

I bought this for my ferrets because their poops were terribly runny on Wysong ((even though that's all they'll eat..)).. Takes a few days to show effect, but definitely works! I also began applying it to my aging bulldog who was dropping small poo balls in her sleep. They have since stopped! This stuff is great, give it a try!

    Great product, great price

    By on

I was using probiotic max - also here at Chewy.com and while that is quite an excellent product I used for 4 years, my dogs are doing equally well, with this brand, and I use significantly less. The only reason I changed was because Chewy.com was no longer selling the size I used to buy. So, the price became even more expensive of that product. So, I tried this and was quite impressed. My dogs have been on probiotics since I received them and they never have bad breath, excessive gassiness and with this have consistent small solid stools. They eat very little. This product and probiotics in general, seem to allow them to absorb more nutrients from their food. They weigh 120 lbs and 90 lbs (giant I was using probiotic max - also here at Chewy.com and while that is quite an excellent product I used for 4 years, my dogs are doing equally well, with this brand, and I use significantly less. Much less dog food to buy, reduced cost to maintain their weight, and less to pick up. … more

    Works Great

    By on

The breeder had recommended this product for my new puppy. Puppy eats everything whether it's edible or not. This product is keeping her tummy good with solid poops!

    Sugar based.

    By on

All 3 of my cats loved this but unless you have a cat that is sick and needs help with appetite I wouldn’t recommend since the first ingredient is sugar.

    It works for diarrhea

    By on

I recently changed my cats' diet from all dry food to half canned and half dry due to cats' low thirst drive and their not drinking enough water. Due to the drastic change in diet some of them developed diarrhea. This works for clearing up diarrhea within a couple of doses. However, my cats don't like it like they do Fortiflora but the price difference between the two is jaw dropping. Bottom line, if you have really fussy cats you might consider getting Fortiflora instead.

This seems to be a good aid when your dog's digestion is off balance or when your dog is on antibiotics.

    Awesome value

    By on

This stuff is a fraction of the price of most other probiotics we have tried and the container is much larger. Lasted me about 3 months for a large dog and two cats. Will definitely buy more.
