Yes, both cats were totally turned off by this hairball remedy. One cat did sniff this preparation, refusing to lick it or let me rub it on him, while the second, least picky kitty, simply took off and wouldn't let me get near him with this stuff. I did notice that, even though the Chewy description of this product stated it was chicken flavored, the box and tube that contained it did not indicate that it had a chicken flavor. Since I did not taste it (!!), I cannot say what it tastes like but my two older cats surely did not want it near them! Rats!!
My girls hate anything anymore. They turned their nose up!
This hairball was very watery and gritty! Will never use again!
Excellent service and product.
