useable but not a fan
I was disappointed in this carrier for the price point. Materials seem to be good quality but the sewing/assembly in not very good. The zippers very hard to operated because the stitching is too close to zipper. The shoulder strap has no padding, just the little rubber thing. The velcro on handle doesn't stick together very well. The bed slides around in base of carrier because the velcro is not placed very well. Also there is no end flap on underside of bed so the insert slides out. I had to vacuum the bedding upon arrival because there was various stuff sticking to it. The little safety snap to hold zippers together are hard to operate and it is difficult to tell if they actually have snapped together. I also noticed the reinforcement material that helps keep its shape is not very strong, when the handle is fastened the top of carrier is pushed together. My only positive is I like the outer material because it looks like it will wipe of easily. I noticed there were no manufacture safety tags inside like most products. It also arrived a day later than promised which was a bummer since I had vet appt. Overall I am much happier with my previous purchase which cost a lot less, next time I will stick with that brand/style.
Plastic mesh
My cat was in this 10 minutes, hooked a claw in the mesh and ripped two decent sized holes in it. Not good!
Nice Carriers
These work really well for our cats 11 and 14 lbs. Easy to carry and store and our cats seem to have plenty of room. After today I'm going to know how easy they wash lol. We are about to buy another for our bunny.

well designed carrier with thoughtful features. the shoulder strap doesn't have padding and elongates the sides so it's easier to carry by the hand strap
Beautiful, and well made
I unwrapped the package and was very pleased with my purchase. Note, the product is stiff around the zippers. Twist the teeth towards the opening and carefully zip it together. The more often you work the zippers, the easier they get. Even if you don't plan on using it right away, I suggest you zip it together and let it set for a little while, so the zipper gets accustomed to its proper position. It just new stiffness, not a problem at all.
Very Comfortable For Cat
It is very cute. I bought it in pink for my little kitty princess and she loves it. They might not like it at first but sprinkle a little cat nip or put their fav treat all the way inside and they will get comfortable and want to sleep in it. It is not the biggest so definitely would recommend for smaller cats and and tiny dogs.
These run very small
I love this high quality animal carrier. Good for small dogs. but buyer beware, the measurements are misleading. High draft potential. Excellent quality. Good firm bottom. I would buy it again, but get a larger one.
The large isn't large enough
My 15lb cat is long and lovable but is much too big for this carrier. Was hoping the "large" would be enough for him, but he cannot even turn around in this product.
Flimsy carrier
Bought this for our large cat who weighs 15-17 lbs and used it today for the first time to take her to see the doctor and this carrier didn't hold her, it squeezed her. I had to put it on my walker seat and pushed her in to the doctor. I'm very very disappointed. It's 19 inches long but with a cat inside, it collapses on the sides. This was a horrible experience for our Nala.
Wonderful Carrier
This is great carrier ! Ebony has realized I get to go bye bye in this ride. It took a bit for her to get used to it. It is very nice $ has lots of room for her. If she could rate she would give 5 stars. Excellent buy.
