Important Information
Fleas rise to the top of your pet's coat as they die, so consider it a triumph if you start seeing more fleas at first, after treating your pet. If you’re still seeing fleas after application, it may be because your pet has picked up new fleas from the environment, which may include other pets, surfaces and outdoor areas. It may take up to 30 days to break the entire flea life cycle. Additionally, you should also treat sources of new fleas (i.e., carpet, yard, etc.) to ensure complete flea control.

PetArmor Plus is a Minus
By MissDee on Nov 2, 2020
Might as well have been water. Applied at the first sign of fleas. Dog became infested within two weeks of application. Will not use again. Will NOT recommend.

Just as good
By Wolf on Sep 7, 2020
This stuff seems to work just as good as the more expensive frontline plus. I’ve been using this product for over 6 months and have had no issues with fleas or ticks on my two dogs.

Like Seasoning for Fleas
By GaZooKeeper on May 31, 2019
Fleas are awful in my area this year. Since PetArmor has the exact same ingredients as FrontLine, I bought a box. Day 1 after applying, nothing had changed so I deluded myself into thinking that it was just a case of the preventative working and the fleas being in the process of dying. Days 2, 3 and 4 were more of the same. If anything, even after treating the yard as well as the dogs, the fleas seemed to be growing in number instead of lessening. Since the product is a pesticide, I don't want to risk hurting my fur babies by applying a different brand too soon (already purchased in the very next Chewy order) so we're bathing them daily now until the calendar says we can try the new stuff. I don't know if this was a bad batch, these are super fleas or if it's that the flea population has built up a tolerance to the chemicals as they've been used so often. Regardless, we won't be trying PetArmor again because nothing says awful like walking into your own foyer after letting the dogs in and then picking nearly 30 fleas off of your lower legs. … more

Recommended by a Malamute Owner
By britander on Jun 10, 2019
I have a big Malamute and she’s a fluff ball. Unfortunately it’s tick season and we took our dogs to the ranch without having treated them before hand. I tried my best to look through her for ticks and thought about shaving her (she’s 7 and never been shaved). I’m against shaving her because she’s so beautiful and the breed is supposed to keep them cool in the summer and hot in the winter. But anyways I treated them when we got home and gross enough I found some plump gross ticks falling off our dogs after just 24hours. I think this stuff worked this stuff worked like a charm!
