Please read the Operating Guide& the Training Guide and charging the collar before use. A collar worn for too long or made too tight on the pet’s neck may cause skin damage ranging from redness to pressure ulcers; this condition is commonly known as bed sores. Avoid leaving the collar on your pet for more than 12 hours per day. When possible reposition the collar on the pet’s neck every 1 to 2 hours. Check the fit to prevent excessive pressure; follow the instructions in this Operating Guide. Never connect a lead to the electronic collar; it will cause excessive pressure on the contacts. When using a separate collar strap for a lead, don’t put pressure on the electronic collar. Wash your pet’s neck area and the contacts of the collar weekly with a damp cloth. Examine the contact area daily for signs of a rash or a sore.

If a rash or sore is found, discontinue use of the collar until the skin has healed. If the condition persists beyond 48 hours, see your veterinarian. These steps will help keep your pet secure and comfortable. Millions of pets are comfortable while they wear stainless steel contacts. Some pets are sensitive to contact pressure. You may find after some time that your pet is very tolerant of the collar. If so, you may relax some of these precautions. It is important to continue daily checks of the contact area. If redness or sores are found, discontinue use until the skin has fully healed.

A: TThe product is designed with memory function and does not need to be readjusted. 2. Q: Can this system be used for two dogs at the same time? A: No. A receiver collar can only control one dog at the same time. We suggest to purchase two or more if needed for several dogs.

3. Q: Can the battery be replaced? A: No. The battery cannot be reinstalled. When it shows that the battery is dead, you can continue to use it after recharging. In addition, we provide an extra one-year warranty, so you don't have to worry about it.

4. Q: Can I set the origin in the house so that it can form a circular fence around the house? A: Dear customer, the GPS wireless dog fence is for outdoor use. We do not recommend you to set the center position inside the house because the GPS device may not find enough signals.

5. Q: If my dog jumps into the swimming pool with the collar, can it still be used? A: This collar is waterproof, but due to unsafe considerations in the underwater environment, we don't recommend you to let your dog wear it to swim.

6. Q: How do I know the fence has received the signal? A: The trapezoidal bars in the upper left corner represent the GPS signal strength. The stronger the signal, the more the signal bars.

7. Q: Why my dog is punished when he doesn't get to the boundary? A: Please check whether the center point is set correctly. If there is a change of position, please reset the center point.

8. Q: Isn't it suitable for small-sized dogs? A: Yes. This product is suitable for medium-sized dogs and above, please do not wear it on small-sized dogs.

9. Q: Will the static stimulation scare my dog? A: The product has vibration mode and static stimulation mode, and you can adjust to the vibration mode or adjust the static stimulation level to level 2 for the first time.

10. Q: What if it doesn't work or the dog crosses the boundary directly?
