There were several options when it came to choose something to fill that gap between front and back seats of our SUV. This was the right choice. Tough, sturdy material inflates to mold around the shape of your vehicle’s space and make a tight fit so my 12 year old labs legs don’t fall through. Now he can rest his head up between the front seats where he thinks it should be! Also the most cost effective choice and we can deflate it when not in use. It is better than having bulky cushions sitting around. Thanks for a great product. We only found it at chewy.com!

It fits perfectly in the back of my 2018 Subaru Forester. It was very easy and quick to install and I can see it being equally so to remove. I have a hammock style seat cover on the back seat and draped over the platform to make it more seamless with the seat and protect it. My dog can now lay down and rest his head on the center console again. If it lasts, it's completely worth the price. I do wish it could be a little firmer than I can get it, but it's a minor complaint.

This works great in my SUV for my two GSP's. I have a dog bed that covers the platform and seat, so the slippery material is not an issue. This also works to fill in the gap when I have the back seats folded down, I just do not inflate it as much. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because of the 3 separate chambers you have to inflate. It would be a nice feature to only have one inflation point.

I love this seat extender. Works great for medium to large dogs. I would advise everyone to cover this because nails will puncture this extender. A seat protector should work fine. Joyce B.

After getting a new vehicle, I got a nice backseat hammock-style seat cover, but needed something to fill the gap so my 145# Newfoundland could have a bigger seating area. This seat extender did the trick! Gave him more room and kept him steadier. Being inflatable, gives you better fit so you can still move front seats back, if needed. Great idea and great solution!

We have only used it one time and it works fine for our 90 lb. lab. It's convenient and relatively easy to use. It works best with a crate mat/pet bed covering it. The nice thing is the height can be adjusted by how much it's inflated. It does expand a bit when left in a hot car, so take that into account when inflating it. Time will tell as to the durability of it.

This item immediately blew a whole in the side the minute my 60 pound dog laid on it. It came with a patch kit if that tells you anything.

My dog is almost 11 years old , long and 68pds. I have researched many extenders and ordered the Petego extender. Super durable and inflated quickly and easily with the pump that connects to the car charger outlet . The larger inflating tip (comes with 3 tips)of the pump fits right over the plugs . I did not have to fully inflate so the front car seats could be pushed back as needed. It stays inflated after 1 month. Works /fits perfectly in my Ford Focus. I covered the back seat and extender with colorful beach towels. My dog has all this extra room now to sit anywhere, enjoy both windows, sleep or rest his head to look between the two front seats to be closer to me. This is the second extender I’ve purchased because it works so well in keeping my Border Collie more stable in the backseat. I cover the ‘hump’ with a blanket, as the surface is slick for his feet, and it provides a bolster-like wedge for him to lay against. It is a snug fit in my Mazda CX3, but that keeps it securely in place. It stays inflated with minimal air loss over a week, and the air pump takes no time at all to top it off. Great product.

Its a great idea and i purchased cause it's exactly what i wanted except it doesn't work because the two lower legs that should fit behind passenger and driver seat back floors are too thick-i had to push driver and passenger seat so far up to fit this platform that it just can't happen
