    New! Digz for the Fur-Kidz

    By on

I have seen this crate around at agility trials for a long time and have always heard good things about them. I use metal wire crates for my dogs and decided to give myself a break and go with something lighter. I decided to get two units, one for the trial site and one for the hotel. The small size measures about 24" square and is plenty big for most dogs. My Border Collie weights in at 45'ish pounds and has plenty of room, I would even consider putting him and his littermate together (she is a bit smaller and they crate well together. The only drawback that I see so far is that there is nowhere to hang a water bowl and you will need to carry along an extra pad for your dog. I leave two pads in their travel crates so I just use one of those when I set up at trials. I tested the set-up and had no problems. Hang on to the cord as you push down to collapse the crate, otherwise, it will "pop up" and try to bite you :-) I expect to really enjoy these for a very long time. I did have a problem with one of the cinch clips on the carry bag and with one call and two minutes on the phone they sent a full replacement, immediately. I was very impressed with their customer service! … more

    Folds and sets up easily

    By on

Have not used tent for camping yet. I use indoors as secure place for my Pyrenees pup while he's home alone, or time out spot, as a crate. I add two carabiners to back straps and secure to heavy coffee table so he doesn't move tent around room. Great for hotel rooms too, easy to take traveling.

    Perfect "pup tent"

    By on Top 500 Contributor

Mr. Beasley has used this tent in the backyard for almost 2 years and loves it. It stays outside unless there's going to be bad weather, and then I fold it up and put it on the porch. I stuck the chuckit travel bed inside and now he has the perfect place to do his squirrel patrol out of the sun! Well worth the money!

    Marcus house on road

Excellent product. Used at trials. Seconds to set up. Roomy as I used measurements that they gave. He slept well in it while waiting to compete. After many over years this is absolutely the BEST hands down.

    GREAT TENT So far!

    By on

Just got this and set it up in the house. Was very easy to set up and my dog got right into it and laid down. I did go for the large size even though my dog could have fit in the medium. I just thought the four more inches gives a little more breathing room when the weather is hotter and we use it outside. I love the weight and the idea of not having to drag a canvas crate into and out of agility trials and up and down stairs. I think this will be easier but I have not used it at a trial yet. Others I have spoken to at trials using these seem to love them. Just gave 4 stars as yet because I need to see how it holds up with use over time but right now I give it a BIG thumbs up!

My dog LOVES her tent! She sleeps in it at night, uses it when the household get noisy. We have even used it outside.

    Great Quality/Versatile

    By on

So we have a Boston Terrier, he’s not really the out doorsy type but we love to camp and wanted something to keep him comfortable. The Petego UPet Tent is exactly what we needed. The set up took seconds and was virtually effortless and not to mention it’s so compact. Which is a huge plus when packing for a camping trip. We set it up for our pup and put an x-pen around it. He’s was in heaven. It protected him for the chilly breeze at night and the hot sun during the day. You could tell he felt comfortable in it. We also used it as a containment in the back of our SUV when we took a little road trip to see my in laws. I can’t wait to bring it to the beach. The breakdown was just as simple So we have a Boston Terrier, he’s not really the out doorsy type but we love to camp and wanted something to keep him comfortable. I wish human tents were made like this!!! *Side note, our toddler thought it was pretty awesome too. … more

    Only lasts for 18 months

    By on

I purchased this portable dog tent 18 months ago and I have been using this tent happily every week as my dog's crate during our agility class. Today, one of the string that runs through a tent pole broke and the tent is now useless. It was super easy to set up and pack up but I won't be buying another if it only lasts 18 months.

    Great Idea

    By on

I got this tent for my dog because I am planning on going on more camping trips this coming year. It took me about 10min to get my dog use to his tent... but he seems to be cool with it. While I have yet to try it out while campaig to see how he would react, he seems cool chilling in it in the back yard. I'll post an update later.

    Made well, light and compact.

    By on

A member of my dog club I belong to had one of these in the large size and she puts her three small dogs in it at Agility Training and dog competition events. I got one for my Golden Retriever for training and competition events. I also use it at the beach, outdoor concerts and even in the back yard. It's material is made well, light and compact. Its very quick and easy set up - not much more complicated than an umbrella.I usually take my dog with me everywhere, they're great in hotels if you need to leave your dog in the room and allow the cleaning people to do their work.
