Only one ingredient - dehydrated apples. I love the pellet form for my degu, perfect size for their little paws. Would purchase again.

buns weren’t crazy for them :(

My rabbits love apples as a treat typically. I’ll mix a spoon of these pellets into their oxbow pellets and they weren’t interested as much as I expect but they did eat them here and there

My rabbit will not touch these

I dont know why but my rabbit runs from these. he loves fresh apple and dried apple, So I'm not sure why he doesnt like these!! I see that they also raised their price by almost 4x... I paid $2.00 per bag of these (I got 2 bags, thinking my rabbit would love them) so that much of a price increase is really unfortunate for such a simple product like this

    My bunny loves them

I buy these to mix into Isabella's regular pellets; I don't like buying the bags that already have treats in them because I like to dictate how much and what kinds of treats she gets. I love these because they're healthier than some of the treats in bagged pellets. I mix them into her normal pellets as a treat, and she loves them. She always eats the apple pellets first. However, the price of these was raised too much for me to justify buying them compared to how small of a bag it is, so I haven't bought them in the past month or so. Unfortunately Chewy is the only place I can find these pellets anymore, so I'm going to have to wait until the price drops on them to what it was before I buy them I buy these to mix into Isabella's regular pellets; I don't like buying the bags that already have treats in them because I like to dictate how much and what kinds of treats she gets. My bunny has unfortunately now gone on strike and won't eat her normal pellets anymore because the apple pellets are no longer in them. I'm hoping the price drops to closer to $2, where it was when I bought them so many times before, in which case I will not hesitate to buy a bunch more for my baby Bella. … more

My hamster didn't like this at all!!

    By on

My hamster LOVES apples. I usally just cut the corner of an apple and give it to her. But I decided to purchase this item because they were apple pellets. But unfortunately my hamster smelt the bowl and never touched it again. I thought she may have been tired of apples. So I decided to cut the corner of an apple and see if she would eat it. She immediately took the apple out of my hand and began eating it. I knew then these weren't the kind of apples she liked.

    Couldn't Get Enough

    By on

Like all treats, some small animals may love and some may not. Personally, my bunny Milo really enjoyed them. I really liked how they were made from 100% dehydrated apples with NO added sugar. It's really important to get treats that don't have added sugar because it just isn't good for Rabbits. I would definitely try these out because they're not too expensive so you're not losing much if your small animal doesn't love them. If they do like them, it's a fantastic healthy treat. Just don't give them too much! ;)

    Hamster crack

    By on Top 25 Contributor

We have been giving these to our hamsters for years. They love them. I have also mixed a pinch of them in with my rabbits' or guinea pigs' food if they were going through a spell where they didn't want to eat all of their pellets (provided my rabbit wasn't in stasis).

    Hamsters liked them

These treats have a sweet apple and vinegar smell to them. My hamsters assumed they were regular pellets until they got a good sniff. They really seemed to like them.

My two picky piggy girls loved these! They usually aren't fans of much that isn't fresh, but these were definitely a hit.

    Great item, finicky bunny

My rabbit doesn't like a lot of treats. This is a great item great price but my rabbit won't eat pellets or apples. He doesn't eat much of anything that's good for him.
