My cat loves the catty whack toy but she cracked the yellow rubber part that holds the feather, is the part that holds the feather on this toy secure or replaceable?

The portion that holds the feathers aren't replaceable, however replacement feathers are available directly through the manufacturer.
Does the feather pop put of random holes?

A colorful feather will pop out from one of the 6 holes at random, using LED color lighting and motion to draw your cat in.
can it be played with on carpet

Best cat toy for 2023

PetFusion Ambush Interactive Electronic Cat Toy is the BEST cat toy for 2023, according to my 2 boy kittens. They love this toy. Has 3 speeds, with 3 different colors to indicate speed. Toy DOES have replacement feathers available and are sold separately. You get 3 replacement feathers per package. Trust me, you will need a few packages of replacement feathers. This toy will give cats of any age, a work out of fun trying to catch the feathers that peek out from a 6 hole cylinder. Unfortunately toy only stays on for 8 minutes, then you have to press button again, for another 8 minutes of fun. Truly wish this excellent toy stayed on for a longer period of time. Cats LOVE their play time.

Kitties Ask for this Toy!

My two three-year-old cats LOVE this toy. My husband works from home and one of our younger cats constantly pesters him for attention. I've been trying out automatic cat toys so my husband can get some work done. This one comes out on top! They come running when they hear it start, and sometimes just sit next to it, looking at us meaningfully until we turn it on. The only way it could be better is if the cats could turn it on themselves (they paw at the button on top, but only manage to remove the little cap, not turn it on.

Bought for Christmas - poor buy

It is too late to return this. It was bought as a Christmas present for our cat. She loved it and was just starting to figure out how it worked. Unfortunately, we only used it 5-6 times since Christmas morning. It just stopped working. It makes the noise, but the feathers do not pop out or move around. It isn't the batteries, as it turns on, has the lights and makes noise. I expected to at least get a year out of this. It wasn't a super expensive cat, but more than most cat toys. Save your money. It should last a lot longer!

Cats Come Running!

The cats absolutely adore this toy. They sit and stare at the space where the feather comes out and wait until they just cant anymore! They hear the toy turn on and come running so it's a great success. I will say the feather was eaten after a month but it came with an extra! It's a great buy when looking for a cat toy that can keep their attention.

Good while it lasted

My kitten has been playing with this for the past 4 months. It was time to change the feather so I twisted off the old one and tried to attach the new feather but the arm won’t stay in place for me to attach the feather to it, even on the purple setting. I tried holding it with tweezers so I can pop it on but it didn’t work. Into the garbage it goes :(

My cats love it!

I have two very playful Maine Coon cats and they went crazy over this toy. When it turns off my oldest one meows at me to make it start again. They are entertaining me tremendously with this toy. I just bought it and they have been playing with it for over 2 hours. This is their favorite toy.

It's ok , the cat likes it.

This is a cute toy and the idea is good but I think it moves too awkwardly. It also makes a bit of noise which causes the cat to be more cautious with it. He does play with it but not as much as I'd hoped. And he is quite the playful thing we can't even make the bed with him around!

Disappointed

Purchased this toy for our two furry friends and was very disappointed that they just sit there and watch it. There is nothing wrong with the way it functions but the clunking as it operates discourages play. Our house is quiet normally and loud noises annoy our cats so I will donate this toy to a local pet store or shelter. Again there was nothing wrong with the way the toy operates.

Well-Loved, but Caution for Hard Floors

This is a super-popular toy among my cats. It keeps them engaged (I recommend the faster "blue" speed). It's on the heavier side for cat toys, but note that cats can still pretty easily push it around. Because of its hard plastic base, it will make quite a clatter on hard floors. Ideally, I wish it had some silicone rims to dampen the sound.

Waaaay Fun!

It took a few b4 my guy figured out he had to get the feather whrevr it comes out n be fast(depend on setting) it's been a good game for us, he's figured out all speeds n stil tries grabbing it. I posted photo's on here to sho the fun but it won't wrk. I Highly Recommend this toy.
