So I have only been giving it to her for 2 weeks and the vet says she still sees some crystals and she wants to put her on prescription food but I want to try this first because she is better. I crumble it in her food because she is a picky lady.
Before I bought this product, my female husky had blader infections and a blader stone 5he size of a golf ball, that we had to get it surgical removed. So we had to do urine analysis every month, and she still had blader infections. So I did a lot of research and found the pet honesty blader health So we tried it for a month. Let me tell you I was not sure if it would work. Well a month later her urine analysis was great, there were no infections and no crystals in her urine. I love this stuff and will be buying if from now on.
My dog was peeing in the house and had a couple urinary tract infections. I started giving him these and didn’t have any issues until I forgot to add it to an order one month. I wasn’t sure if they were really helping or if he had just not gotten a UTI in a while so I figured I could wait and add them to the following month’s order. He started peeing in the house again after not taking these for several weeks. We found out that he had bladder stones a few weeks after he was peeing in the house again. He was on them a month or two after that and he started being able to hold his urine for longer periods of time. Due to his age surgery is not an option and he has to be on a different prescription diet that is not for bladder, so these were about the only option we could find. I’m convinced that they are helping. He likes the taste of them too which was a relief.
Our 12 year old Standard Poodle had his first UTI in February 2022. We went to the vet for antibiotics and about 6 weeks later he was peeing blood again with another UTI. I decided to order these and start them right away while he was on his antibiotics. It has now been 6 months and he hasn't had another UTI. He is 65 pounds and I give him two chews in the morning. He does eat them from time to time on his own but 95% of the time I have to put them in the back of his mouth and chase them with a treat he loves.
We have given our 60 lbs. 12 year old female lab the cranhealth chew for bladder incontinence for 2 weeks. We breakup 2 chews into her food. All good so far.
After my 8 month old pit mix got her third UTI, I started looking into a supplement. These came highly recommended— they seem to be working. I also bought another brand in powder form (vetclassic). I give her half the recommended dose of each— one brand in the am and one in the PM. She enjoys the flavor of the bites— I have actually replaced using treats as a reward for her going in her crate. Instead, I give her one of these bites as a reward. Are they working? Or is she just growing out of UTI problems? 25 bucks is a small price to not find out. Compared to a $100+ vet visit.
This product has helped my Molly Mae immensely. I used to have to take her to the vet every few months and she was always hurting. Now she is pain free and no more expensive visits to the doctor.
I will give this to my dog one a day for her diagnosed bladder condition
My dog loves these. I was worried she would not even though she loves all food. They are a little hard and a weird color but she does not care. I don't know if they work yet, because she has only been on them for about a month and lately she has been getting a UTI every 3-4 months. I also clean her 3 times a day, so it will be hard to know which one is working if any. I hope they do though! The only downside of these is that they are very expensive. Worth a try though!
I was wishing these would be the answer for help for my 4 year old Great Dane that is having issues with incontinence. I loved that these state they are natural and natural ingredients. BUT something in them did not agree with my girl and she got stomach upset every day I tried them for 4 days. I didn’t give them all at the same time (stated she requires 3 per her size), nor did I give all at the same time. But her tummy just rumbled and rolled loudly the first 2 days and she threw up once. So day 3 and 4 I tried just 1 chew for the day and still tummy issues, so that did it for me. Not going to risk it for her to feel awful. This was my personal experience with the Cranbladder Health Chews.
