Questions & Answers

19 Customer Questions

Where is this product made? I won't give my dogs anything made in China.
Answer by ChewyMay 22, 2020
This supplement is made in the USA.

Does this product come in a palm oil free verison? Or do we know how the palm oil is sourced?
Answer by ChewyJan 03, 2021
Palm Fruit Oil is included in very minimal amounts in these chews to hold them together as a binding agent. The palm oil used in these chews is sustainably sourced in a way that does not negatively impact the environment; Pet Honesty is part of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) which is making sure that our environment is protected and not overused.

how many tabs do i give for a 140 lb dog?
Answer by ChewyJun 16, 2020
For dogs weighing 25 pounds or less, feed 1 snack per day. For dogs weighing 26-75 pounds, feed 2 snacks per day. For dogs weighing 75 pounds or more, feed 3 snacks per day.

We started giving this to our 20 lb 7-month-old puppy. She seems to vomit shortly after taking it. We have even cut the tab in half and she still throws up shortly thereafter...Any recommendations so she can get use to this probiotic?
Answer by ChewyJul 07, 2020
It is common for dogs to have different ways of adjusting to a new food, supplements, or medicine, but typically symptoms subside after a few days as their body adjusts. If experiencing a digestive reaction, start off slowly with small doses or even split one treat in half for a couple of days. Some people have also found it helpful to give their chew(s) in the morning on an empty stomach, however, not every dog responds the same way. Slowly integrate chews into your dog's regular diet over the next week or so and if the issue continues, to stop at that time. It is also recommended to consult your vet before starting new supplements.

Save Your Money

After purchasing 2 90 count packages I feel we gave it a fare chance. Our girl got two every morning with her breakfast and our yard has polka dots all over from her. We have recently put up baby fence to keep her off her new yard until the new seed can take hold. Hopefully we can find another product. Also tried another brand and did not work either.

No Results

I tried this out for 90 days with both my female doberman and my male pomsky and did not see any results. I still see all the spots in my grass where they urinate. I moved there potty spots to a different area of the yard and they made more spots. I do not recommend this product.

Doesn’t Work

I have been using this consistently and constantly for months now and it just doesn’t work. My grass is a wreck and the spots are getting worse.

Grass Green is unbelievable! After only one dose of Grass Green, no more dead spots! I was so happy that a product worked so fast and Allie loves it. I’ve already told others about it!

Money Poorly Spent

On the third container. Give my two 25 lb pugs 2 each daily and have been all summer. Don't work. Check out my lawn. Save your money.

No more brown spots!

Did like the directions said. One chewy a day for the first week. Then two a day (70lb dog) before the first week was up. No more brown spots in my lawn! Seems to do as claimed?

Dog vomitted first three meals after having these

I was hopeful this would help but we shall never know. I started my dog on them yesterday morning. 2 pieces crumbled into her food. She vomited an hour or so after eating. Then she vomited again after eating dinner. No foreign objects or grass or any of the usual vomit inducing items appeared, just dog food - the same food she's been eating for months. Tried again today and she vomited again about an hour after breakfast. I will be returning the remaining portion.

Gave an honest chance

I think I gave this product an honest chance. I never seen results from the beginning but I continued to give 2 a day for almost a year. Maybe it works for some breeds, but not my English bulldog. The area of dead grass is bigger than when we started. Unfortunately, there is no room for in between. This is a pass/ fail and for me it failed.
