An old favorite

I used to purchase this all the time when I worked for one of the larger pet store chains. I was recently reminded about this when my cat had to have nine teeth extracted! Ouch! I am hoping this will help his remaining teeth and those of his siblings. It does help. The best part is it has no odor/scent or color. The cats don't have a clue there is an additive to their water.

So far my dog and cat don't mind. It's a little soapy when you mix it with water, but after a few minutes it dissolves completely. I just put a little less than recommended, though. I did buy a couple of more Liquid Oral Care products so that my two sweeties don't get the same "flavor" everyday.

In fairness the dogs did drink the mix by the end of the day and finished the entire bottle's worth, but if following the directions there are only 2 treatments in the bottle. If you have a medium or large or multiple dogs it just isn't very economical. I didn't have enough time to see results because I ran out of solution but I will not repurchase this particular product.

Made my dog sick

I tried this product in hopes that it would keep my dog's teeth clean. She hates getting her teeth brushed, the gel, the foam, etc. so I thought this could be a good solution. Unfortunately, every time I gave this to her she had really bad diarrhea. At first I thought it was a coincidence. But after carefully measuring out the water/solution ratio and not introducing anything new to her diet, I knew this was the culprit. In the end I had to just dump it and throw it out.

My dog' Buddy is a little finicky, but had no problem drinking the water with this solution in it, it's already helping his breath. Can't wait to see what it does for his teeth. Will be reordering this for sure.

I put this in my two cats drinking water bowl each morning after I empty the water bowl and wipe it with clean papertowells. It does help soften tartar and freshens their breath. Odorless and no coloring added...I like this brand and hope they keep it odorless and same formula..and price. Sheri T

I have been searching high and low for a liquid oral care formula that doesn't make my two pups turn-up their noses and we finally found it. I've tried a few other popular brands you often find in most big pet stores, even mom and pop stores, around the Boston area. I kid you not - they would go on strike and just not drink any water. We do a lot of hiking and sometimes they get into not-so-nice-smelling things... in between teeth brushing and dental cleanings, this helps SO much. With this formula, they didn't even do a sniff test, they just dove right in! I couldn't be happier.
