Just like the name says, PetKind That's It! Beef Tripe Canned Dog Food is made with only 6 real, whole ingredients, and that’s it. Beef tripe has numerous health benefits for your dog—it leads to a lustrous and healthy skin and coat and cleaner teeth, not to mention dogs love eating it. It’s extremely palatable, so even fussy eaters will chow down on this delicious source of protein. This recipe is gluten-free and uses quinoa instead of grains for a food that’s gentle on the stomach. Delicious sweet potatoes and blueberries act as antioxidant boosters to maintain your pup’s immune system. This nutritious limited ingredient formula works great as a mixer for dry food or as a raw food enhancer.

Key Benefits
  • This grain and gluten-free, limited ingredient food is crafted from only 6 ingredients. It's prefect for pets that have sensitivities or allergies to common foods.

    not the same

    By on

My dogs love tripe. I ordered a case of this. It has more of reddish/ground beef color. My dog ate it the first couple of days and he had diarrhea & gas. He will no longer eat it. Switched back to Tripett. I won't order this brand again

    Working Dog's Best Friend

    By on

This was an amazing wet food to mix with dry! I have a working Czech import shepherd who had lost 13 pounds in a month from a food strike. This food has brought him back to his 95lb weight and increasing! I feed him one can in the morning and another can at night. The texture of it is almost like that of ground beef but softer and juicier which makes it easier to mix supplements (Powder) With almost 500 calories a can it's just what he needs! He hasn't gotten tired of it. I have it autoshipped every 7 days!

A little confused about the "That's It" slogan on the label

    By on

The 'that's it' slogan on this label is confusing to me at first glance, as I think of 'that's it' as implying that a product is what it is labelled as (ie: beef tripe) and That's It! The word 'formula' to me implies more than one ingredient..so, just seems like an unclear or oxymoronic label. Upon closer investigation, in addition to beef tripe this product also contains: beef, sweet potato, quinoa and blueberry. Not clear whether the tripe in this product is 'green' tripe or not. Also, quinoa is a seed and is technically considered a 'psuedo-cereal grain'...just sayin'! Perhaps the company should consider editing/re-writing their label to describe their product and ingredients more thoroughly The 'that's it' slogan on this label is confusing to me at first glance, as I think of 'that's it' as implying that a product is what it is labelled as (ie: beef tripe) and That's It! Pup did not like this formula

    By on

I have been using the Original Green Tripe Recipe for years and then saw this new recipe and liked the ingredients. My pup would not touch it and she is not a picky eater. So I ordered the original and the taste test worked, she cleaned her bowl. So, be prepared if you normally buy the other recipe that there is a chance your dog may not be a fan. Luckily, Chewy is wonderful about refunds in these situations and just hope the dented can issue improves.

This One's Definitely Worth A Try!

    By on

Out of my 13 dogs, only 5 of them will eat this stuff, but the ones who will eat it LOVE it! I've never seen them get so excited about anything that came out of a dog food can! I didn't find the scent of it to be too unpleasant or too strong, but I don't have a very sensitive nose (probably a blessing with this many large dogs in the house!). Interestingly, it's my pickiest eaters plus my lab mix, who will eat anything, who are crazy in love with the tripe. That it appeals so much to my pickiest eaters and hasn't caused any tummy upset in the ones with the most sensitive stomachs earns it a 10 in my book.

    Yummy Stuff

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

My girl LOVES this stuff. I know tripe is good for them but I've been a little hesitant because I've heard it's can be pretty stinky stuff, this one doesn't smell to bad and my girls loves it so I'll keep this in her rotation.

    The Smell Is Unpleasant.

My two small dogs (6 year old girl-Bichon/Maltese mix & 4 year old boy-Bichon/mini Poodle)seem to like this dog food much better than their old wet food but the smell makes me want to barf.

    Great for traveling

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

My dogs love green tripe. I buy it in bulk, grind it, and freeze it. This kind of tripe does not travel well because it needs to stay refrigerated. I found petkind that's it beef tripe and love it! Great if you're traveling or if, like me, you sometimes run out of tripe. My fur babies love it as much as what I grind.

What can I say, dogs love it!!

    By on

Every time I open a can, the smell makes me gag. I know tripe is really good for the dogs, so I put up with it. Luckily it doesn't stay in their dish long enough to be a real problem!
