Description

PetKind’s Green Beef Tripe Formula Dry Dog Food is made with fresh, quality ingredients like green beef tripe and organic quinoa. Green tripe is the unbleached, nutrient rich stomach lining of grass-fed cows containing essential fatty acids and digestive juices important for your pet’s health. 70% of the protein in green tripe is composed of seven major amino acids that help maintain muscle and joint health, metabolize sugars and fats, and support a strong immune system. The Tripe Dry Formula allows the fresh and wholesome ingredients to speak the loudest, providing exceptional nutrition for your pet.

Key Benefits
  • Developed to promote and sustain growth and for all life stages while being complete and balanced while leaving out grains and glutens.
  • Beef tripe is sourced from top quality suppliers and CFIA approved for human edible consumption. It's naturally rich in essential Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids and contains beneficial amino acids that give your pups digestive system a boost.
  • Made with organic Canadian and Peruvian quinoa, a gluten free complete protein source that's actually harvested from a seed.
  • Potato, wheat, corn and soy-free, so it's great for pets that are sensitive to those ingredients.
  • This low glycemic food won't spike blood sugar and is a good option for dogs that are diabetics.

  • Best Dog Food Ever!

    By on

Our Belgian Shepherd mix, Lilly, has always been a fussy eater. She wouldn’t eat dry food. Her tummy was constantantly upset. My husband read about Petkind Triple Green Beef Tripe. We tried it ... it’s like a miracle before our eyes! She loves the food .... her tummy hasn’t been upset one single second. We are so happy!!! The ordering and delivery from Chewy was absolutely perfect!!!!

  • Finally bought this dry food

    By on

Been feeding my dog the Tripett for years, mixed with various brands of grain free kibble; was excited to finally try this. For some reason this product is making the dog constantly thirsty. I thought it might be the different flavor wet but I switched that out and the culprit seems to be this product. Im not sure if it is salt content or what. Sometimes certain treats, beef jerky etc make him thirsty so I avoid those. Not sure what to do or if I could return this for something else?

  • Great food for your loved companion

    By on

This is one food that your companion will love and feel good feeding. If you really love your companion and want them to be healthy do not settle for any less than what this food can give your companion. Wish they made in tiny bits for our Chihuahuas I chop the food into smaller bits as of right now. I look what the food is made of first and green tripe is one of the best foods you can feed your companion.

  • They eat it :-)

My pups like this and the Bison Formula. No to Lamb, and they will eat Salmon but not as readily.

  • My dog won't eat it.

My dog won't eat it. He does eat the raw green tripe. I was hoping to use this, along with the canned version, for when he has a babysitter. Not everyone is willing to handle the raw .

  • Works great for my yeasty girl

    By on Top 1000 Contributor

This always seems to clear up any yeast issues my girl gets when we try new food. So I always keep it in rotation and on hand. Great ingredients.

  • Lacks Tripe Aroma

    By on Top 25 Contributor

My two small dogs are wild for Petkind's canned beef tripe. I originally began feeding the canned tripe as a supplement to their raw diet. Now that I am back to rotating quality kibbles, I didn't hesitate to in ordering Tripe Dry. It doesn't smell like tripe. The dogs may pick up the scent to some extent, but I guess we were hoping for a formula with that distinct tripe character that the dogs are so wild for. It must have been cooked out. It agrees with their digestive systems and is an excellent food, but gets 4 of 5 stars as my dogs are more ambivalent towards it than some other smellier brands. • Food contains tripe.

    By on

My dogs love this and even with tripe as the first ingredient it doesn't have the strong odor like canned tripe. I've ordered this product twice and will continue to keep it in our dogs' food rotation.
