Good Support

Very impressed by the thickness and firmness of the pad. Should hold up from the 90lbs of pressure, other beds fell flat quickly. We have two GSD I did get a large to fit our room (XL was recommended on size chart) they fit nicely still.

The foam part is fine; the cover has a lot of loose threads and the zipper pull came off

very disappointed

Received this and followed instructions to allow it to expand. It has not. Supposed to be 3 to 4 inches thick and I am lucky if it is even 2 to 2 1/2 inches thick. Once my lab lays down on it it compresses and allows very little if any support. If I didn't have to take the time to wrap it up and send it back I would. Very disappointed in this bed. Not Cheweys fault but they need to drop this suppliers claim of 4 inches thick

Bed Upgrade!

I have an old, arthritic dog who loves his snuggle bed, but there just isn't enough support in it for his old self. I was looking for a pad to add to the bed, and this fits the description exactly! I allowed the foam to expand for a few days in a dog-free zone, then put on its cover and slipped it inside the old bed, under the pillowy cushion the old bed called "support". My old dog loves it, when he can get to it -- the younger dogs lay there a lot too!

Very comfortable

My Marlee loves this new bed. She jumped right on it after I laid it down. She has arthritis so it’s very comfortable for her and durable.

Good idea--wrong dog

Ellie is not ready for memory foam or stretching out. I bought bed for her to stretch out on, hopefully relieving her arthritic joints, but she still prefers to curl up in her round pillow top bed. Maybe she will try it again later. The bed itself is no frills basic, the cover is thin and may not stand up to heavy use.

She seems to like it!

Very nice! It flattened out and took its depth within two complete days. I laid it on our dining room table and would flip it over two or three times within a 24 hr period!

Not good value for the money!

These beds were not very large and not that thick for memory foam. Would not recommend. The highlight is that you can wash the cover at least!
