Only lasted 4 days
Pump went out in four days save your money ran out of time and did not contact for refund so lost out. The Daisy fountain is the best I have found to keep my exotic shorthairs face dry. It also works best for my calico and mini Aussie.
Patience is the game
It may take a while for Mia to use her water fountain. Right now she isn't gungho with the water perkling. (Is that a word?) She'll only drink out of the bowl her dad sets next to the fountain. I know it works for other cats, so I can't complain.
Good Water bowl with small flaw
This water bowl has a good capacity, is easy to set up and is nice that you can adjust the flow. My only complaint was that you cannot disconnect the cord from the bowl easily. We had it plugged in behind a cabinet and to clean it or replace the water we had to unplug the whole thing and carry it over.
Great, But Could Be Better
First, the pros: this fountain is quiet (much quieter than our old fountain), easy to assemble and disassemble, and easy to clean. The bowl is covered, and water enters the bowl through the filter, so water in the bowl is clean and stays clean. The one big con: you cannot see into the bowl. As with any pump fountain, there's a minimum water level for the pump to work, and the only way to see the water level in the bowl is by opening it up.
Mostly does the job
This bowl looks really nice and isn't loud like some of the others. It mostly does the job, but we did have the first pump stop working (Chewy sent us a replacement) not long after getting it. otherwise this has been a hit with my cats.
The best shopping
This is the shopping I did! My cat loves it and I can clean it easily plus it's a simple modern design with a great quality material!!!
Kitty water fountain
Well made product, easy to set up. Cats were attracted immediately. I should have purchased a larger size. Cons, filter replacement every two weeks.
Pump broke after one month
My cat always wants to drink water from running faucets so I thought this would be a good way to break the habit. She liked the water fountain after getting used to it. However, the filters only lasted for 2.5 weeks and then the water would get stuck on the top portion of the fountain, it would overfill. Then after only one month of use, I woke up one morning and the pump stopped working. Really disappointed the pump only worked for one month.
it’s okay!
I’ve had this fountain for about 6 months and this morning it decided it was done. My kitty loved the fountain, but I did not love it as much. There was many times I noticed it would not be working properly even when filled with water. A few weeks ago the filter holder box broke and I kept finding the filter floating around. It did us well for a few months, but I’m looking forward to not hearing a tiny motor anymore!
2 cats don't like this fountain
Bought this as a birthday gift, and it is stainless steel and better than drinking from their old plastic fountain and is dishwasher safe, minus the filter and pump! Two weeks later, and no cats will go near it! They are creatures of habit though. I broke down and bought them a new version of their fountain that they are used to. Waste of money.
