Best kicker toy
My cats love this toy. The fabric is coarse and similar to some of the scratch mats they love. My largest kitty is obsessed with this toy and I've had to buy multiple replacements. It's well-made, but my boy has a strong kick and after a few months, I swap it out with a new one. Definitely recommend giving this a try!
Great Idea To Bring Out The Killer Instinct!
I like the realistic shape & size. I would buy this toy if it were more realistic,(real fur, real colors & 1 realistic leather tail!) I would also like it if it squeaked.
Good product, just not for my cats
This is very well built, however my cats, and i have several, didn't pay any attention to it. It was as if they couldn't smell the catnip at all. I may try a different catnip and see if that works. This is kind of hard and not plush, but for cats that like to kick, bite and scratch this would be durable enough to withstand it all.
Durable and Fun
I actually bought this as a replacement for the one we had (exactly the same). The previous one lasted over 2 years of scratching, tearing, chasing, all that. We call it her rough toy because she is so rough with it. After all that it finally had some stuffing come out and I replaced it with the exact same one because of how awesome it is. I would definitely recommend for any kitty.
Sturdy & good-sized toy
This toy is medium sized. As with all cat toys I've ordered from Chewy, this one appears to be made well and with tough material. It has an opening with sturdy velcro closure on its stomach where the catnip goes. It comes with a tube of additional catnip, too!
My choosey cat even likes.
Like the opening in the belly of the mouse for the dried catnip. My fussy little cat even plays with it.
Maybe for some...
But I found it a little too large to play with like a real mouse, tho I love the catnip in it. Maybe we should consider something more mouse-sized for me? This one is fine, if you're a hefty cat that likes to muscle his way through life, tho.
Strong smell
When I got this I noticed a strong chemical smell. It never went away, even after washing. No matter how much cat nip I put in it they sniffed and walked away. I liked the size and thought it would be good for bunny kicks and to entice our stray cat we took inside that misses hunting. No dice.

My cat loves this toy she try to figure out how to play with it buches it so big
Mouse cat toy
Cat does not like the smell of the material. Will play with the tail ribbons. We are going to try to wash it to see if it makes a difference.
