Good Scoop

I had bought other metal scoops before and was very satisfied but this particular scoop didn't impress me as much. The handle on the scoop isn't a tight fit so it rattles when you're actually using it. So far it seems to be doing okay but I'm waiting for the handle and the scoop itself to separate. Hopefully that won't be the case

I like the sturdiness and materials of this scoop, but it is very large, making it not too easy to handle, heavy, and difficult to store. The sifting holes are also a bit big and the small pieces that come apart when you're cleaning a blob of pee fall through. A scoop of these same materials but smaller in size and with smaller sifting holes would be ideal.

These Metal scoops are great!!! Bought 3 one for each box area (have 5 cats). Wish I bought them a long time ago. Plastic ones are for the birds. Plus these have a nice Ergo Handles too. Good for Better Grip & Arthitus. Recommend them to everyone.

I am a new cat owner. Don't waste your time on plastic scoops. All mine broke. This one is sturdy and a generous size and will be the last scoop I have to buy

I had been using a plastic scoop from our local grocery store and broken the first one. This metal scoop is larger and stronger and just makes cleaning the kitty litter so much easier. I love it!

I love this litter scoop! One of my cats has a medical condition that causes her to urinate a lot. There are a lot of clumps in the box at the end of the day and they are heavy for regular plastic scoops to dig and scoop out of the box. This scoop is perfect! It is heavy duty enough to scape the heavy clumps from the bottom of the litter pan and the dry litter flows right through the openings. But, the openings are the perfect size too! Wet/hard clumps stay in the scoop and the loose litter slides right through. I am buying a second one today as a back-up in the event these ever go off the market. Highly recommend!

Strong & sturdy, perfect for scooping up poop! This should never break like my old plastic scoop, it is just right to scoop up multiple mounds of debris from my litter box. I will use this multiple times in a day, as I have several cats, it is just perfect for my use!

I bought Petmate’s Metal Litter Scoop because I was tired of replacing the less expensive yet flimsy plastic scoops that break every couple of months. This product earns an easy five stars in my book! It is exceptionally well made with a firmly attached handle, a non-stick, sturdy metal body, and narrow sifting rows that grab even the tiny clumps of used litter. I'm sure the Petmate Metal Litter Scoop will be the last one I need to buy for years to come. Thanks, Petmate!
