Beware- Hardware, Not Likely

I received this crate with NO HARDWARE. I contacted Chewy, sent me a replacement, ALSO NO HARDWARE. The listing says: "Assembly required: No" "Tools included: NO TOOLS REQUIRED." Saw a review where a customer was elated to have extra screws— not sure what happened here, but I will be requesting a refund for fear that I will have THREE kennels with no hardware.

purrrrrfect

10/10 love this! It’s so sturdy and came with an extra screw and nut. My kitten is around 6 months & weighs 7.2 pounds for size reference. He can’t stand in it, but can lay and sit comfortably. It will be great while he’s a little dude.

no screws / hardware

I love the carrier BUT it came with NO hardware/screws to attach the top of the carrier to the bottom of the carrier. Help?!

Not for Cats-just Kittens

Very disappointed which is a first for me Very unstable when carrying and much smaller that picture leads you to believe My cat weight 7lbs and barely fit and i definetly was not comfortable just using the handle

awesome for cat lovers

the extra large to loading made is SO much easier to get "non-compliant" kitties safely in the carrier. It is lightweight but safe and comfy, great for our chonky kitties.

New Cat Carriers

Great Cat Carrier

Purchased 2 of these, one for personal use and the other was donated to a cat rescue for which I am a volunteer. Top load cat carriers are the very best when it comes to putting a cat in a carrier. Less stress on the cat and the person putting the cat in the carrier.
